York Vets4Pets Written Prescription Service
Written prescriptions are available from this practice at a charge of £12.00 and may be subject to a dispensing fee. You may obtain veterinary medicines from your veterinary surgeon or from other appropriate sources. A thorough clinical assessment of your pet is necessary before a prescription can be supplied. A prescription may not be appropriate if your pet is an inpatient or if immediate treatment is necessary. Prices of medicines can be supplied upon request. It is our practice policy to re-assess your pet every 3-6 months if a repeat prescription is required. There will be a charge of £35.00 for this examination.
Please note that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for repeat prescriptions.
