Read Margarita Kuncheva-Dobreva bio

My name is Margarita Kuncheva-Dobreva and I am the JVP at Vets for Pets Longwell Green. I am originally from Bulgaria and graduated from the Trakia University of Veterinary Medicine in Stara Zagora – Bulgaria in 2004. I started working in a small animal practice straight after I qualified and continued to expand my knowledge and skills there for the next 13 years. My main areas of interest are small animal surgery and internal medicine. Helping pets in all shapes and sizes has always been my passion, but I have to admit I have a soft spot for cats! I began my journey with Vets4Pets in 2017 when I moved to London and started work as a Head Veterinary Surgeon in one of the practices. Working there naturally led my desire and ambition to open my own practice, continuing a successful cooperation with Vets for Pets here in Bristol. My job has been truly rewarding and very enjoyable, I love meeting all our clients and looking after their pets. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family exploring the great outdoors. I love sports and try to keep a healthy lifestyle, but I do allow myself a nice portion of English fish and chips every now and then.

My name is Beth Ford. I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2019. I started working in small animal practice in Gloucestershire for the next 4 years before undertaking a rotating internship with the University of Bristol. I have an interest in all aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery but have a particular weakness for all things feline.

I started by locuming at Vets for Pets Longwell Green in December 2025 and fell in love with the team and clients and decided not to leave!

Outside of work I have a small ginger cat called Beanbag who keeps me thoroughly busy with mischief and I enjoy avoiding the British weather inside with a good book.

Silviya Radeva

Practice Manager

Read Silviya Radeva bio

My journey in the Pet Industry started in 2008 as a part of the team of a large Veterinary Complex in Bulgaria. My genuine love for all animals together with my innate curiosity led me to explore all aspects of the field – from gaining knowledge in Nutrition and Pet products while working at a Pet Shop, through exploring genetics associated with good breeding practices, to having the pleasure of meeting and caring for pets and their owners as a Receptionist at a Veterinary practice and later achieving a managing role.
I am part of the Vets for Pets’ family since 2017 when I started working in one of the branches in London and here in Bristol I have the privilege of working with the most passionate and driven team since 2018.
Outside work I love spending my time with my family, playing with my children and our lovable Poodle Eyva or just cuddle up with a nice book.
A day in a veterinary practice is never boring and I am looking forward to all adventures the next one might hold for me…

Hi, my name’s Leah and I became a Client Care Advisor for Vets for Pets Longwell Green in December 2021. Working in the animal industry has been a dream of mine from a very young age and I am so thankful for the amazing team for welcoming me in to this role. I grew up with a chocolate Labrador called Pippin for 16 years of my life and we did everything together! I absolutely adore all animals, however I do have a soft spot for large dogs, the bigger the better! I have met so many amazing clients and their pets since working here and I cannot wait to meet many more.
