Meet the team
Having qualified as a Vet I now have had over 10 years experience in small animal practice dealing with complex cases. I have a special interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, and I am currently studying for the Certificate in Small Animal Surgery and Orthopaedic to improve my skills and further my knowledge. I have a lovely cat, called Annabelle, who is part of the family.
I love caring for, and working with, animals and have in the past volunteered in Kenya where I looked after both domestic and wild animals.
I feel very lucky to have joined Vets4Pets Buckingham in April 2019. I am loving it here, the team is amazing and I am really excited to now be the owner of this fantastic practice..
Bio coming soon!
Kirstin is the Head Veterinary Nurse at Vets4Pets in Buckingham. She started working at the practice in October 2014 when the practice first opened, and has become part of the furniture!
Kirstin started her career as a receptionist at the practice, and was offered a place on the Level 3 Veterinary Nursing Diploma scheme shortly after starting. As a result, she qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2017 and her hard work and commitment lead to her becoming Head Veterinary Nurse in October 2018.
Kirstin is a certificate holder in Emergency and Critical Care - she gained this qualification in 2021. She also has a keen interest in anaesthesia and surgery and hopes to develop her expertise in these areas in the future.
At home Kirstin has a crazy chocolate labrador called Skye. Outside of work she loves playing netball and golf and she is a big rugby fan!
I started my veterinary nurse training in September 2019 after joining the team as a veterinary care assistant back in April 2019. I love working with the Buckingham team who are all so knowledgeable but have so much fun at the same time.
I have a particular interest in inpatient care, looking after animals from admit through to discharge making sure their stay with us is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
I love meeting every animal that comes through the doors but I do have a particular soft spot for any sort of sighthound, due to having my whippet best friend Eddie at home. I can’t wait to meet all of you and your lovely animals whilst I embark on my journey to become a registered veterinary nurse.
Lydia has been with Vets4Pets for 4 years now and she has worked incredibly hard to progress to where she is today. She completed her Veterinary Care Assistant course in 2019 which has allowed her to enrol as a Student Veterinary Nurse.
Lydia loves her role at Vets4Pets Buckingham and is extremely grateful for the team who support her greatly in achieving her goal to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
Lydia enjoys caring for all of your companions that come through the doors of the practice, and has a specific soft spot for your feline friends! This is reflected by the fact she has managed to give a loving home to 2 stray kittens already, throughout her time with Vets4Pets and no doubt these won’t be the last!

Cece joined the team in November 2020 after 5 years of working in Pets at Home. Cece has always had passion for working with animals within a veterinary practice so she followed her dreams and made the move.

She is currently working on her Health and Mental Awareness course and hopes this will give her a bigger insight into the struggles people could be facing on a day to day basis, which is extremely important working in the veterinary industry for both her colleagues and her clients.
Cece enjoys to travel to other countries to learn about new cultures and loves to take her dog, Mya, out for long walks in her spare time.
Cece loves every aspect of her job and hopes to be within the veterinary industry for a long time.
