Meet the team

I graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 2013 and spent 3 years working in a small animal practice in Harlow. I have a particular interest in feline medicine and have 2 cats of my own at home. My spare time consists of enjoying and following a variety of sports, particularly football, my team being Aston Villa!

I have been at the practice for a couple of years now and joined the team after graduating from Liverpool university. In my spare time I love travelling, spending time with family and my beloved pet guinea pigs.I am also on our better world pledge committee that is helping to inspire colleagues to use environmentally friendly products and procedures within the veterinary industry.

I have been qualified for 5 years, I have a keen interest in exotics and keep a whole menagerie of pets including a snake, tortoise and rabbits. In my spare time I volunteer for a children's charity.

I am a part time vet at our practice, I split my time at work with caring for my young family. I have a particularly interest in ultra sound techniques and regularly see pets in practice for this procedure.

I studied in Budapest for 5 years and have now been working at vets4pets Milton Keynes since moving here in March 2022. I have a rescue dog called Gaben who moved here with me and he is the love of my life.

I have recently joined Milton Keynes practice from my home country of Romania. I am passionate about animal care and I love to meet new clients.

Vicky
Veterinary Surgeon

I started working here in 2012 initially as a temporary receptionist to cover a colleagues maternity leave but ended up staying! I went on to complete a Diploma in Animal Management then one as a Veterinary Care Assistant and then one as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I enjoy this job as there is a variety of roles within this busy practice and enjoy gaining more knowledge every day.

I have worked in the practice for the past 10 years, expanding my experience in private practices, Vets4Pets Aylesbury and now working for Milton Keynes Vets4Pets. I qualified in 2015, continuing my passion, and offering my knowledge and love for rabbits in my Bunny Clinics. I have my own 2 cats, and 2 goldfish which are my pride and joy! Hobbies include keeping up to date with the latest and best Marvel superheroes (never missing one of their movies), and studying rabbits. Any questions regarding bunnies, I am happy to help!

I work at Vets4Pets part time, as I balance a busy family life too! I am fully qualified as a Veterinary Nurse and like to accept new challenges at the practice! I enjoy meeting new clients on my weekend consults and during the week I work in our busy theatre helping to monitor surgeries.

I'm Michelle one of the VCAs at Vets4Pets. I have been here over 7 years and really enjoy my role as it is so varied. I have a passion for birds and wildlife, and often to take in the injured ones that are handed in to our practice. In my spare time you will often find me at the cinema catching the latest film.

Louise joined the team in June 2018, after spending three years working with Thames Valley Police. She has a keen interest in wildlife and cares for Hedgehogs and hares throughout spring and summer.
Spending time with her family is very important, traveling and also keen to learn new things.

I aspire to be a veterinary nurse and have a diploma in Animal Management to start off my career. My long term goal is to open up a clinic in the Philippines and offer free treatment for stray animals.

I am a VCA here at Milton Keynes Vets4pets, I have plans of doing my nurse qualifications in the future, I transferred here from Vets4pets St Albans and have also been a receptionist at the biggleswade Vets4pets. I enjoy my role of being able to assist in many areas of the practice.

I have two Cats called Taz and Tasmin aswell as three guinea pigs, Arwen, Arya and Freya, Love them all! I'm always grabbing the guinea pigs when they come in and love spreading helpful information about keeping them happy in their homes. I'd love to go into exotic nursing as I love small furries & reptiles, I hope to one day have a boxer dog as they are my favourite.

I have been working at vets4pets whilst I completed my Nurse training and have recently become a qualified RVN. I have two rescue dogs which I love to walk and spend time with.

I joined the team at Milton Keynes as I am hoping to become a qualified nurse in the future. I love working with animals and in my spare time, although I don’t currently have any pets I love to take long walks in the countryside. On rainy days I like to stay inside and play video games.

After over 20 years working for a barber’s, I wanted a change of career. This led me to the practice to become one of our caring receptionists. Always coming in with a smile, I make the most out of welcoming our valued clients, whether they’re on two legs or four. After being a receptionist for 7 years I then became the reception manager, getting to support and manage my team. I have a Shih Tzu named Reggie, who loves his cuddles and play time and love to enjoy every moment I have to spend with my husband, and 3 children.

Huw and I are the joint venture Partners at Milton Keynes we are also a husband and wife team too! We have 3 rapidly growing children and a Labrador called Kimber so when not at work I have plenty to keep my self occupied.

The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
We are the first Vets4Pets to receive an accreditation from the investors in the environment. The iie have 3 levels of award, Bronze, Silver and Green they are an independent body that gives awards to companies that are reducing their carbon footprints. We have just received a Silver award. Our practice has worked hard to reduce the amount of gases we use during general anaesthetic procedures as this is most damaging to the environment. We have recycling schemes in place and monitor the amount and type of waste we produce.
We always consider greener options for all of our working systems and implement where possible. We have reduced our travel to work by changing shifts to allow for car sharing, we encourage colleagues to cycle to work and have those that use electric cars too. We have joined with the Pets at Home group and are members of Our Better World Pledge Committee. This committee is working on ways to help other practices in the group achieve environmentally friendly goals. We will continue to review our processes and support our colleagues to find ways to help save the planet.
