Radiography including dental x-rays
Digital X-ray equipment is available, including dental X-ray. Unlike humans, dogs and cats need to be under general anaesthesia for dental X-rays. Anaesthesia is considered to be a safe procedure and will be performed after a general examination. It is tailored to the individual and your pet is continuously monitored during the dental exam. We have Veterinary Surgeon who has experience and a special interest in dentistry.

JVP practice owner / Registered Veterinary Nurse
RCVS Nursing Diploma, Clinical Coach, D Units 33/34
Originally from Bristol. Worked as a RVN for 24years in a animal veterinary charity then moved to Vets4pets Emersons Green, where I eventually became Head Nurse. After 4 years working there I had a wonderful opportunity to move to Cornwall. I moved here 6 years ago. I moved around various practices until I finally found one I really loved working for and had the same values I believed in. I stayed here at Bodmin and became Practice manager and now January 2025 became sole owner of Bodmin Vets4pets.
Here we value every patient as if they are our own. And very proud of the services we provide. If you have not met my team or been behind the scenes please come and meet us we are happy to give you a tour.
