Kaidian became a member of The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2002 after qualifying as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at The University of the West Indies in 2001. Kaidian has spent most of her 20 years, since qualification in small animal practice alongside tutoring student vets and consulting project work at DEFRA.

Kaidian joined the Straiton team in August 2021 after relocating from London with her family. She is a keen baker and often would turn up at the practice with cakes in hand much to the delight of fellow colleagues. When not at the practice, Kaidian enjoys spending time at home with her family and Cocoa their adorable Lhasa Apso.
