Having graduated from Zaragoza University, Spain in 1998 and with over 11 years experience I was eager to run my own vet surgery. I joined Romford Vets for Pets back in 2004 when it was a Companion Care, I love working here and I couldn't quite believe my luck when, nurse, Clare Spinks and I got the opportunity to become partners in the practice. Although it was sad to wave goodbye to Petrus, we’re thoroughly enjoying our new responsibilities. I have a interest in orthopaedics. In my spare time I like running and cycling and bird watching (as does my cat Chirimiri!).

I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 2018. I’ve spent nearly five years working in small animal first opinion practice in the UK, where I gained broad clinical experience and developed a particular interest in emergency and critical care.

I enjoy the fast-paced and varied nature of emergency work and finds it especially rewarding to help stabilise and support patients during urgent situations. I am committed to providing high standards of patient care and to supporting pet owners with clear and compassionate communication.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and making the most of the outdoors whenever I can.
