Meet the team

I’m Hannah and I joined the Vets4Pets Pollokshaws team in August 2021.
I have recently graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2021, after living there for almost 7 years. For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a vet. I love all animals big and small from hamsters to horses, but my particular interests are small exotics. I have a lot of weird and wonderful pets at home including my 2 french bulldogs, lizards, snakes and frogs.
In my spare time I love to read comics and relax with my family. I am very lucky to be a part of such an amazing team in a profession that has always been my dream job. I look forward to seeing all your amazing pets and providing the best care possible!

I joined the team at Vets4pets Pollokshaws in August 2021.
I graduated from Glasgow Vet School in 2004 and have worked in small animal general practice in and around Glasgow ever since. In 2010 I completed the abva foundation course in veterinary acupuncture. I also particularly enjoy soft tissue surgery.
I grew up with a passion for animals and animal welfare. Having had a variety of pets including budgies, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and a rabbit and having recently lost our two 16 year old family border terriers I know both the joy and the heartache that pet ownership brings.
I have 2 young children which keep me very busy but I have recently found some time to enjoy horse riding again.

I'm Natalie and I joined the team in December 2021 on the weekend rota.
I graduated from Glasgow University in 2012 and spent 18 months in Cheshire before moving back to Glasgow where I have worked in small animal practice since.
I love working with pets and their owners to provide a high standard of care. I have a particular interest in clinical animal behaviour.
At home I have a husband, two young children and two dogs who keep me busy and when I have spare time I enjoy baking.
I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon!

I'm Lucy and I joined the Vets4Pets Pollokshaws team as Head Nurse in April 2020.
I started my Veterinary Nurse training in 2002 and qualified in 2005. Over the last 18 years I have worked in a variety of first opinion, charity, emergency critical care and referral practices, in both permanent and locum roles.
My particular areas of interest are anaesthesia, surgical nursing and inpatient care. I also enjoy learning new skills and keeping up-to-date with developments in the profession.
Most of all I love spending time with my patients and looking after them to the best of my ability. I feel very lucky to have a career that I love, it really is a privilege to care for animals and it brings me a lot of happiness.
Prior to my life as an RVN, I studied Zoology at the University of London, close to where I grew up in Surrey. I moved to Glasgow in 2005 and currently live in Helensburgh with my husband. Outside of work I can be found hill-walking, doing yoga, getting lost in a good book and planning travel adventures.

I knew I always wanted to work with animals and studied Animal Biology at Glasgow University before attending Edinburgh College to gain my Level £ Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2014. Since qualifying I have attended a number of different courses to improve my nursing skills and hope to complete a certificate in Surgical Nursing.
I joined the Vets4Pets team in Pollokshaws at the start of 2020 after taking a year off maternity leave to spend time with my daughter and I also got to spend more time with my furbaby Rosie. Being a Sprocker Spaniel she is full of beans and hugs and is a great companion. As much as I love most animal, Spaniels definitely hold a special place in my heart.
I love my job and look forward to working with you all in the future.

I'm Kiera and I joined the team in May 2021 as a Student Veterinary Nurse but previously spent placement blocks here whilst studying a Bsc (hons) degree in Veterinary nursing at Edinburgh Napier University, I graduated in June 2021 and am now a Registered Veterinary Nurse. During my studies I spent time at the PDSA and other Vets4Pets practices, I have learned so much during my time as a student and am looking forward to continuing to develop my skills. I have particular interests in rabbit nursing, anaesthesia, and nurse clinics which I hope to complete certificates in in future. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my 6 year old cocker spaniel Penny. I'm so excited to begin my career here and I can't wait to meet all of your pets!

Hello, My name is Anna, I joined Vets4Pets in March 2022. I have worked in the veterinary profession for many years and completed my Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing with Scotland's Rural University College in 2020. Growing up I always knew I wanted to be a veterinary nurse; I was always surrounded by animals as a child. I am passionate about providing a high standard of patient care to all pets large and small. I have a keen interest in medical nursing and emergency critical care. I also really enjoy getting to know all of our clients and pets during nurse clinics. I love to spend my spare time outdoors with my dog Jack, hiking or kayaking. I also have an elderly rabbit named Buttons at home. I look forward to meeting all of your pets!

I have been a staff member from April 2022 and its been my first time working in a Veterinary practice. I adore my job working in the practice, no day is the same. I am very much a people person, which is a big part of being on reception as you are the first smiley, friendly person owners are dealing with . My love for animals is huge but especially Dogs and Cats and the best part is getting cuddles form all the kittens and puppies.
I have a cat (Coco) who is 14 year old and a wonderful lady and hoping to get a dog one day. I previously volunteered for Borrow my doggie which is a fantastic charity to help people out walking there doggies when they are not around, it was a very satisfying role and hope to go back to it one day
In my previous role I was in sales for a major hotel company which I was made redundant and though I would try something different which has worked out for me. I am a very sociable person and love going out with friends and also keeping active at the gym and my biggest passion is my holidays.

Hi I'm Hannah, I studied Animal Biology at University graduating in 2021; spending a year as an Animal Care Assistant in an emergency clinic in Nottingham, before making the move to Scotland and joining the team here as a client care advisor.
I enjoy helping our clients and their pets and look forward to meeting you all. At home I have a cheeky little cat, a corn snake, two ball python's and a pet tarantula. When I'm not busy taking care of them, I enjoy working on a number of crafting hobbies such as knitting and sewing. I'm excited to explore more of Scotland and can't wait to go on long walks each summer.
