I’m Lauren, one of your vets, and I was delighted to join Vets4Pets in November 2019, shortly after graduating from the University of Edinburgh.
I am really enjoying getting to know you all and caring for your lovely animals. I definitely have a soft spot for labradors, and more recently golden retrievers, since my sister got her puppy(pictured!).
I grew up on a farm on the Isle of Arran so I have always been surrounded by animals. We currently have sheep, chickens, horses and a black labrador at home.
Outside of work I enjoy running, riding my horse and competing in triathlons.

I joined the Team in April 2020 after being here as a locum.
I graduated from Glasgow university in 2015. Since then I have worked in small animal practice in Aberdeen and Edinburgh before starting to locum for a year in Glasgow.
I’m really passionate about giving your pets a high standard of care. My main interest is internal medicine and I am very excited to starting studying towards a certificate in medicine starting in January 2021.
In my free time I’m usually out with my black Labrador, Henry. I have a very big soft spot for Labrador’s.
I also enjoying running and am currently training to run my first marathon.
I look forward to meeting you and all your pets!

I'm Lucy and I joined the Vets4Pets Pollokshaws team as Head Nurse in April 2020.
I started my Veterinary Nurse training in 2002 and qualified in 2005. Over the last 18 years I have worked in a variety of first opinion, charity, emergency critical care and referral practices, in both permanent and locum roles.
My particular areas of interest are anaesthesia, surgical nursing and inpatient care. I also enjoy learning new skills and keeping up-to-date with developments in the profession.
Most of all I love spending time with my patients and looking after them to the best of my ability. I feel very lucky to have a career that I love, it really is a privilege to care for animals and it brings me a lot of happiness.
Prior to my life as an RVN, I studied Zoology at the University of London, close to where I grew up in Surrey. I moved to Glasgow in 2005 and currently live in Helensburgh with my husband. Outside of work I can be found hill-walking, doing yoga, getting lost in a good book and planning travel adventures.

I knew I always wanted to work with animals and studied Animal Biology at Glasgow University before attending Edinburgh College to gain my Level £ Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2014. Since qualifying I have attended a number of different courses to improve my nursing skills and hope to complete a certificate in Surgical Nursing.
I joined the Vets4Pets team in Pollokshaws at the start of 2020 after taking a year off maternity leave to spend time with my daughter and I also got to spend more time with my furbaby Rosie. Being a Sprocker Spaniel she is full of beans and hugs and is a great companion. As much as I love most animal, Spaniels definitely hold a special place in my heart.
I love my job and look forward to working with you all in the future.

I have recently joined the Vets4Pets team in May 2019 after finishing 6th year of High School, although, you may have seen me before as I have been coming to the practice since 2017 for work experience.
I love all animals and getting to know each of their different personalities, I have previously had 2 bunnies called Molly and Patch and a wee cavachon called Lottie who is 3 and is absolutely spoiled rotten but loves it!!
I have always wanted to be a vet and hope to one day achieve this, although for now I love meeting you and your pets and welcoming you to our practice.

I joined Vets4Pets Pollokshaws in February 2020, and have greatly enjoyed it, I love meeting all our cute and interesting patients and getting to know their owners. I love all animals. I have a dog called Bubbles who is a Jack Russell cross Pomeranian, and I previously had horses. I still occasionally ride my sisters horse which is great because it’s my favourite hobbie but still gives me time to study. I am studying law at university and I hope to be able to use my degree to aid in the protection and welfare of animals.

Hello, I'm Shaun and I joined this practice in February 2020 after wanting a career change and go back to my core passion of animals. Michelle and the team treated my family dog, Lulu, until she passed away at the good age of 16 in 2018. I was so amazed by the treatment and care, that it inspired me to change careers and apply to work here.
My family and I have a new addition to the family, Juno, who has a very cheeky personality and loves fetching the biggest stick she can find. In my spare time I love to read, watch films, play video games and also have recently taken up roller skating.
To be able to say I love my job and have such fulfilment is a privilege. I love getting to know all your wonderful pets and being there to support them. Not to mention the cuddles!
Vets4Pets Pollokshaws is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
