Meet the team

My name is Katherine, I have been practicing as a Vet for 19years and for most of this time have been working in Middlesbrough. I've spent time working in Ayrshire, North Yorkshire but for the last 13years been practice partner at Middlesbrough Vets4Pets. I am proud to work as a General Practitioner Vet for the Middlesbrough community. I am proud of every one of my team members and fortunate to be part of a great team, they are talented passionate caring individuals who do their best every day. Kindness, empathy and great communication are values we all live by in our busy day to day. In work, I am typically very busy being a positive force, involved with the day to day running of the practice, responsible for marketing, processes and recruitment, but I balance this with being present in theatre and consultations where I enjoy getting to know my clients and their pets, providing the best service that I can. I have a keen interest in all aspects of surgery and dentistry having attended many further development courses in these areas. I enjoy mentoring, find this extremely rewarding and have a qualification that enables me to mentor Graduate Vets. I am so proud of all the Vets that have worked at our wonderful clinic and enjoy watching their career progression. Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit by training for triathlons and share this passion by coaching novice triathletes age 8 to adults, holding the level 1 triathlon coach qualification. Being a mother to my 3 sons who are all now in double figures with lots of interests also keeps me very busy. When I get spare time I love spending time gardening, walking & listening to podcasts. My furry family include Jimmy the ginger Ragdoll cat & Tigi the Parsons Jack Russell who loves to run! My children have a hamster and tropical fish & you guessed it who looks after them! My feathered family include 3 black suffolk hens Delta, Blue & Echo. Plenty to keep me busy when I'm not at work that's for sure.

My name is Dilara but you can call me D or Delilah! I have been really lucky to grow up around many animals & this is why I was destined to be a veterinary surgeon. I love waking up every day knowing that I can help animals have the best a life as possible. In my spare time I like to walk and explore. I enjoy relaxing with yoga, listening to music & singing.

Madalina
Veterinary Surgeon
MRCVS

Hello, I am Adrianna & I have relocated from a small village in Poland. I graduated from Warsaw university of environmental and life sciences. Being a Veterinary Surgeon was always my biggest dream since I was 5years old. I find every aspect of Veterinary medicine interesting. I am excited to meet your pets and provide the best care they deserve. Outside of work I am very passionate about wildlife, enjoying the national parks so close by, spending my time hiking and exploring. My other interests are surrealistic art, drawing, painting, cooking and creating my own vegetarian recipes.

I qualified from Myerscough College in 2015, with a honours degree in Veterinary nursing. I have a keen interest in rabbits and small furries and really enjoy hosting our puppy party class weekly here at the practice.

I started as a Veterinary Care Assistant in 2019 before starting a Veterinary nursing diploma in 2020, gaining my Veterinary Nurse Qualification in 2023. I am a mother of a 10 year old son, 4 rescue cats- Richard, Daryl, Tom & Oscar and a Cockapoo Joey. I am totally cat obsessed, so would love to deepen my knowledge into feline care when I qualify. The best thing about working at Middlesbrough Vets4Pets is meeting the variety of lovely pets and their owners. No two days are ever the same and being able to help care for patients daily (along with the furry cuddles) is so amazing and rewarding. When I'm not at work I am usually gaming or taking Joey out on lots of adventures with my son.

I started my Veterinary Nursing training in 2020 at Houghall College after deciding to leave my engineering career to pursue my passion. I gained my Veterinary Nursing Qualification in 2022 whilst working at MIddlesbrough Vets4Pets. I have a particular interest in guinea pigs but love to meet all of the pets that come into the practice! Most of my spare time is spent studying and caring for my guinea pigs Connor & Chip, my rabbits Elvis & Fudge.

Hi I'm Becca & I am currently studying Veterinary Nursing with East Durham College. I love working with & caring for different animals everyday, & have a keen interest in exotics & animal behaviour which I hope to learn more about once I've qualified. When I'm not at work you can always find me at the stables or making memories with my dog.

Hi I'm Lisa, a student veterinary nurse having been part of the Middlesbrough team since September 2022, spending my working days between vet nurse college & the vetsforpets practice. I am really enjoying my course with my favourite skills learnt so far being all aspects of anaesthesia, the role of the theatre nurse & caring for animals in their recovery from surgery. At home I have plenty of pets to keep me busy; dogs, a cat & a rabbit. In my down time I love spending time out in the countryside.

(Ezgi is waiting to complete her necessary exams to be able to practice as a Veterinary Surgeon in the UK)

Kathryn
Veterinary Care Assistant

I started working at Vets4pets October 2015, my main responsibility is social media, finance and customer service. I have achieved my Bronze Level (Companion Animal Version) of the Accredited Veterinary Receptionist Award and am working towards my Silver Level. I really enjoy working at Vets4pets because I work with such a fabulous team, and get to be one of the first people to meet and greet your pet into our surgery. When I’m not at work I enjoy walking my cheeky Chihuahua Teddy.

After leaving retail after 25years I combined my customer service experience with my love of animals by joining the Vets4Pets client care team.
At home I have a very energetic and cheeky PatterJack called Button.

Client Care Coordinator

Hello! I'm Louise. I am super excited about getting to know you and your furry, pawed friends. At home, I have 2 rescue cats Theo a russian blue & Tigger a larger than life moggy. Not forgetting my 2 rescue Guinea pigs Chocolate & Reggie who demand food all the time. They definitely keep me on my toes that's for sure. In my spare time I love to go for walk & help look after my friends horse Bear. When I'm not gallivanting about I love nothing more than snuggling on the sofa with my pets & watching a good movie. I'm a sucker for pets that are in their golden oldie years, I cant resist those lil grey faces. I'm really looking forward to meeting you all.
