Dr Holly Norman

I qualified from Bristol University in 2008. I first started working at Vets for Pets Peterborough in 2013. Later that year I became a practice owner, and we opened our sister practice Vets4Pets Peterborough Bretton. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine but have a particular interest in ultrasound and cardiology.

Ellie has been working in the veterinary industry since 2016. Ellie has an interest in radiography and orthopaedic cases. At home she spends her time looking after her welsh springer spaniel who has a hip dysplasia and a number of allergies. She also has a number of snakes, a tortoise, a Harris hawk and several hundred composting worms. Ellie is also a clinical coach and supports new student nurses in their training within the practice. Ellie's interests and hobbies outside of work include falconry, gardening, playing the piano, geology, and watercolour painting.

My first vivid memory was getting my first cat when I was 5 years old. Since then I have always wanted to work with animals and to help them. I gained my degree in Applied Animal Studies at Northampton in 2015 and dabbled in all different sectors of animal work, some as jobs and some as work experience before settling at Vets4pets in November 2020. I have an old man Tabby cat at home called Simba who is incredibly cuddly. In my spare time I like to read or be outdoors with nature.

I first joined Vets For Pets as a Veterinary Care Assistant in 2023 and I've since become a Student Veterinary Nurse. In my spare time, you can find me at the stables, spending time with the horses.
