Meet the team
I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 2008 and initially worked in a mixed practice in Huddersfield before moving to Sheffield. I had my daughter in Feb 2019 and joined the team at Wadsley in February 2020 part -time. I am currently studying towards a certificate in small animal medicine and I enjoy all aspects of first opinion work, with a specific interest in pain management. I have two small poodle crosses and three rescue cats at home and I enjoy swimming and walking in my spare time. I also took up crochet whilst pregnant'
I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in November 2018 in Greece. I moved to the UK shortly after qualifying and started working at the Wadsley branch in February 2019. I love the science of being a vet. I love working with the dedicated and competent nurse team at Wadsley. At home in Greece I have a dog, some chickens and ducks and my family also keeps Ostriches.
I gained my veterinary qualification in Greece in January 2018. I moved to the UK in November 2019 where I joined the team at Wadsley. I really enjoy working through cases and making the patients feel better.
I started working here in 2012 when the practice opened. I was originally a Veterinary Care Assistant but then I was given the opportunity to train to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Since then I have become the Senior Nurse and in 2018 I took on the role of Practice Manager. I love working with the team here at Wadsley as everyone is caring, compassionate and have an amazing drive for patient care and wellbieng.
I began working in the practice in 2016 when I left school. I began part time helping the nursing team and then in 2018 I began working full time as a veterinary care assistant. I am hoping to fulfil my dream of becoming a registered veterinary nurse soon. I really enjoy helping the nurse team take xrays of patients and looking at the images on the processor. I have a Cavapoo named Sunny who I love to take for walks in the countryside.
I started work in December 2017 originally as part of the Client Advisor team, but my passions lie in patient care. In 2019 I was given the opportunity to undertake my training in order to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I really enjoy working in the laboratory looking at cells and parasites. I have two dogs called Shadow and Maple, as well as a cat called Lola and a snake called Echo.
