Meet the team
I started as a school leaver helping out in a veterinary practice close to home in Northumberland in 1993. I went on to complete my nursing training and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 1998. 5 years later I joined the Vets4Pets Group becoming the groups first veterinary nurse partner. After over 20 years as a Practice Partner my role has moved from full time nursing to a more practice management dominated role overseeing both the practices in Sunderland. Although I do like to keep my hand in with nursing especially assisting the vet team with dental cases. My working week is split between Sunderland Vets for Pets and our sister practice Sunderland South Vets for Pets, where I am also the practice owner, as well as working remotely.
