Meet the team
Lesley Keung
Veterinary Surgeon
MRCVS
Hi everyone, I am Julie and I'm the Head Veterinary Nurse here at Warrington Vets for Pets Latchford.
I qualified in 2007 with Iain as my assessor whilst working at my previous practice in Altrincham, and followed him here to help him set up the practice in 2012. Whilst working here I have since gained my Diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing so I can ensure that I am using the most up-to-date and relevant information to help me take the best care of your pets. I have also trained a number of Student Veterinary Nurses, helping them to work towards their own qualification to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN). Since we opened here we've seen the practice grow, with a much larger team than we anticipated back then, and a wonderful client base with some gorgeous and friendly pets.
I enjoy spending time with my family outside of work, which includes my 2 Labradors, Bruce and Selena which many of you may have seen at the practice during your visit to see us.
I'm Mya, one of the Registered Nurses here at Latchford. I joined the team in 2023 as a student and successfully qualified through the support of my colleagues (and loads of encouragement from you guys too!). I love being a part of the team and supporting both owners and pets every day. I have a keen interest in research and lab and am currently working towards a qualification in Behavioural Training. When I'm not at work I'm either sketching on my Wacom or seeing the latest new musical.
I'm Darren, I moved to Latchford Vets for Pets in April 2016 and have worked in Vets4Pets and Companion Care since 2012. I love working at this practice as every single team member cares deeply for animals and hold a very inspiring passion for animal care.
I have 4 cats Frida, Freya, Dobbie and Toby and they keep me and my partner on our toes!
In my spare time (apart from constantly being on my toes) I like to travel with my partner around the UK, especially the lake district!
My name is Ieva and I have worked with Vets for Pets since 2022.
These years have been filled with exciting memories and experiences working with the team here at Latchford.
I enjoy helping clients and patients and learning something new everyday.
I moved to the UK in 2012 and have since become a mum to my beautiful girl. In 2020 we welcomed our crazy Cockapoo Honey and our lives have been more crazy ever since.
I started working at Warrington Vets for Pets in March 2025 and have really enjoyed working at the practice. My favourite part of the role is that I not only get to help every animal that walks through our door, but also get to work with such an amazing team.
I have had several years of experience working in the animal industry and have worked at both the Blue Planet Aquarium and Pets at Home prior to this role. I have completed a level 3 Diploma in Animal Management and have spent some time as an animal trainer.
I would describe myself as the person who is always trying to make other people laugh by sharing really random facts, and when I'm not at work you'll find me either playing PC games, drawing or scuba diving.
I joined Vets for Pets in October 2025 and have really enjoyed settling into the team and becoming part of the practice.
I love meeting our wonderful clients and getting to know their much loved pets, helping to create a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits the practice.
Outside of work, I have a very energetic working Cocker Spaniel called Macie, who keeps me on my toes and ensures I stay busy. When I’m not spending time with Macie, or at work I also enjoy travelling and spend a lot of my time in France.
Vets for Pets Warrington is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, free on site car parking too!
