We are open for essential care only
In line with government guidelines, we are only offering medically essential appointments, so please contact the practice team before travelling. Our opening hours may also vary, so please monitor our webpage to keep up to date with the latest information.
We are taking steps to help keep you and our colleagues safe:
- If you do need to visit, we ask that only one person per pet comes along, to help reduce the number of people in the waiting area at any one time.
- Social distancing is crucial at this time. When arriving, you may be required to call ahead and wait to be invited in by a member of our team. You will be informed if this is necessary when you call us to make your appointment.
- Once inside the practice, we ask that you please respect a two metre distance from our colleagues and other clients.
- We are only accepting card payments to help minimise contact between you and our colleagues.
- If you can’t visit the practice and are concerned about your pet’s health, please contact us to discuss available options.
We will continue to share regular updates here and on our Facebook page. We thank you for your patience at this time.
Meet the team
Hi my name is Siobhan and I am the Head Nurse here at Vets4Pets Dewsbury!
I have been working in Veterinary Practice since 2007 and very much enjoy every aspect of my job, but I do have a keen interest in ensuring the best start for puppies and kittens. I enjoy all nursing clinics and love meeting new people and their pets.
My whole working life has always involved animals and I cannot think of a job as rewarding as this one!
In my spare time I very much enjoy days out with my family and as a mother to one little boy we often have great adventures out and about with our 2 dogs Taylor and Pippa.
I very much look forward to meeting you at our new practice!
Hi - my name is Charlotte and I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse here at the practice. I qualified in 2014 and worked as a stand in veterinary nurse until I joined the Team in 2016.
I definitely am the crazy cat lady of the practice - I have the pen to prove it!I have 6 cats of my own - Khan, Pheobe, Tigger, Jess, Merlin and Maximus.
I'm looking forward to meeting as many cats as possible and sharing my dreamies. Dogs and Guinea Pigs also welcome. Sorry, no rabbits as I am allergic!
Hello! I'm Katie and i'm a Student Nurse here at Vets4Pets Dewsbury. I am a big animal lover and have previously worked at the Dogs Trust, on a farm, and at a boarding kennels and cattery.
I started working here as a Receptionist in March 2015, and began my Veterinary Nurse Training in January 2016. I currently own a rescued crossbreed dog called Paddy and a cheeky Cocker Spaniel called Breia - however i'm fast becoming a bit of a guinea pig fan and hope to adopt a couple in the future!..
The best animal name I have come across is Wonky Jeff! I love being a part of the team here at Vets4Pets Dewsbury and I look forward to seeing our lovely clients and their animals"
Hi, my name is Gemma and I am a veterinary care assistant and receptionist. I have experience of working in a previous veterinary practice and were fortunate to be able to further my knowledge here at Dewsbury vets4pets.
I have owned many animals over the years from horses to gerbils! Currently our family pets are 3 rabbits called Buzz, Leah, Daisy and a goldfish called SpongeBob square fish!
In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family. Being a mum to 2 boys is priceless. I look forward to meeting you and your lovely animals.
Hi, my name is Danielle and I am a receptionist here at Vets4Pets Dewsbury. I am also currently studying to be a Veterinary Care Assistant, with this I hope to not only greet the clients at the desk but help out our nurses in the back.
Outside of work I enjoy horse riding, then snuggling up to watch movies with my cats Chad and Madison. I also have a budgie called Charlie but unfortunately she doesn’t talk just yet.
I haven’t been in the veterinary industry for long but the best part of this job is seeing the variety of animals that come to the practice, and knowing each day is going to be different. I look forward to meeting you and your furry, feathered and scaly friends.
Hi, my name is Nicola, I am a receptionist here at Dewsbury Vet4Pets. Previous to this, I worked as a receptionist at Barnsley Vets4Pets as part of the night/ emergency team.
At home, I have a beautiful 10 years old Dutch rabbit called Bobby and just recently adopted another little rabbit called Rupert.
In my spare time I often go on long dog walks or go running with friends. If I am not doing this or catching up with family members I love nothing more than to settle down on the sofa for a cuddle with my rabbits!
My passion has always been to work with animals. Therefore, working here at Dewsbury Vets4Pets gives me great pleasure in greeting and welcoming all our clients with their special fury family members!
Vets4Pets Dewsbury is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
