Meet the team

Shannon is our kiwi vet who has been practicing in the UK since 2007, mostly in Lincolnshire. She has a passion for surgery, ultrasonography and emergency and critical care. She joined the team as our clinical lead in October 2020, though has been locuming on and off for us beforehand for quite some time. When she has spare time, she enjoys spending it with her family, pets and friends, listening to live music, doing jigsaw puzzles, crocheting and going out for walks.ā

Since qualifying in 2007 Adele has been privileged to have worked with a whole range of species from farm animals and horses, to dogs and cats and marine mammals, but has always believed that our smaller pets deserve the best care we can offer them both in their home life and in terms of their veterinary care.
Adele is currently owned by a large mischief of fancy rats, and two chinchillas, and has been a part of the Midlands Rat Club (both as a member and on committee) since 2015.
In her rare time spent not working or with her own animals, she is a keen aerialist, so can often be found hanging upside down somewhere in the name of fun!

Jenny qualified from Glasgow Veterinary School in 2000 before moving to the East Midlands where she has spent her entire professional career. After spending the first year in first opinion practice, Jenny spent a couple of years at a referral hospital in Derby. In 2003, Jenny opened her own practice in Mansfield, within the Vets4Pets Group, which she helped grow to a very busy first opinion practice with a large team of vets and nurses. After more than a decade, and with a young family, Jenny made the difficult decision to move out of clinical practice in 2015.
Jenny then went on to work within various development and management roles within the Vets4Pets family, whilst still continuing with some ad hock clinical work within the region.
We are delighted to welcome Jenny to our growing team at Grantham Vets4Pets! Jenny thoroughly enjoys all aspects of small animal general practice, especially soft tissue surgery, and loves the variety of case load which each day brings.
At home Jenny lives with her fiancé, two teenage children and a menagerie of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, hens and sheep! She is a keen runner and enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, cycling and all things outdoors.

I qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2008 and joined the team here in early 2014 when the practice was around 6 months old.
In 2016 I took on the proud position as Practice Manager.
I have a keen interest in animal behaviour, rabbit care and management along with patient and client care.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 children along with our family and friends.
We have 2 rescue cats Marvin and Myrtle who are brother and sister. We also have Simon & Emma 2 madly in love bunnies (my daughter named them as she liked ‘The Wiggles’)

I started at Vets4pets Grantham in 2016 to complete my Veterinary Nursing training. I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in September 2018 after completing my degree at Askham Bryan College in York. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and planning my next adventures abroad!

I started at Grantham Vets4Pets in May 2016 as a Veterinary Nurse Assistant. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. My pets include my 3 cats Bailey, Billy and Bonnie, my 2 dogs Buster and Buddy, 4 guinea pigs Barley, Bramble, Beans and Bandit, my rabbit Benjamin and my goldfish Bruce!

I have been a veterinary receptionist for 8 years, I joined V4P November 2017. Being brought up on a farm animals have always played a huge part in my life, helping with the livestock, having horses and dogs. I am married with two grown up daughters and 4 black Labrador's. I am extremely proud to have bred my Labrador’s and now have a family of 4 generations, Great Grandma, Grandma, Mum & Daughter. It is with great pride I can say two of Sasha's litter became working Guide Dogs for the Blind.

I started my position at Vets4pets in August 2022 as a Pet Health Advisor. I have always had a passion for animal care and conservation and have a keen interest in exotics, greatly inspired by Steve Irwin. My pets at home include, a Chilean Rose tarantula called Charlotte, a Brazilian White Knee tarantula called Azazel, a Malaysian forest scorpion called Lucifer, Ozzy the Bearded Dragon, two cats Bindi and Bagheera, my dog Bowie and three mice Mr Jangles, Pinky and Jaq. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, listening to and playing music on the guitar and occasionally when time permits breaking out the sketch pad and pencils.

I joined the Vets4Pets team in July 2022 and I have enjoyed every minute and have learned so much.
My career has been very varied but this one has been the most fulfilling and challenging.
I love cooking and baking cakes and biscuits for my family and friends. I enjoy walking, gardening and live music when I can. I also enjoy decorating and have even attempted to renovate furniture with a bit of success. I have three cats and have currently rescued a fourth. I also have a black Labrador and fish, which all keep me busy and amused.

The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
