Hi, I’m Ellise. I’m originally from Kent but have lived in Nottingham since going to university. I qualified from the University of Nottingham in 2024 and joined the Grantham team in July 2025.
Outside of work, I enjoy running and going to the gym. This year, I completed the Paris Marathon and a full-distance triathlon.
My family have a cocker spaniel named Louis and a cat called Tom that I love looking after. I hope to get a dog of my own in future.
I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon!

Angelina Burton

Veterinary Surgeon

Hi, I’m Angelina. I grew up in rural Lincolnshire before moving to Nottingham in 2021 to study Veterinary Medicine at the University of Nottingham. After qualifying in 2025, I was delighted to join the team in Grantham later that year.
Outside of work, I love baking and cooking, decorating my new home, and spending time with my animals. I’m happiest outdoors on muddy dog walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds with my two family Springadors, Bonnie and Loki. I’m also the proud owner of two pet chinchillas, one of whom is an impressive 20 years old.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue developing my career while also growing my own little menagerie — with dogs and cats of my own very much part of the plan.

Rosie Middleton

Veterinary Surgeon

Read Rosie Middleton bio

Rosie graduated from Nottingham university in 2013. She’s worked as a small animal vet since then, both as a general practitioner and then a clinical director.
Rosie is now working as regular locum at Vets for Pets, dividing her time between here, where she can support her husband Lee in his venture, and other local practices as needed.
She’s interested in all aspects of general practice and enjoys building relationships with clients, believing that the best care comes when you can work together to find solutions for our furry family members.
When not at work, her time is spent with her two young children, Malin and Felix, who keep her more than busy, whilst also taking care of the family pets - Labrador Murphy, cat Walter, tortoise Mo and guinea pigs Flora, Boris and Herbert.
