I graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2021 and have been working at Vet4Pets Greenford ever since.

My main interest is surgery, but I do love a good cuddle with puppies and kittens at first vaccine appointments.

When I’m not working, I spend most of my free time out with family and friends. I’m a foodie at heart!

Miss Louise Croucher

Practice Manager/Head Nurse/Registered Veterinary Nurse

Read Miss Louise Croucher bio

As head nurse at Vets4Pets Greenford, I enjoy all aspects of my work. Particularly caring for the animals and meeting the clients, I consider myself privileged to be in a position where I can genuinely assist people and resolve issues. I have been in veterinary nursing for several years and qualified in 2009. I am always updating myself with new training and procedures and recently successfully completed a course to become a nutrition adviser. My experience allows me to contribute to the training of nursing assistants, guiding them through the learning stages, to become veterinary nurses.

Mr Andy Elliott

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Read Mr Andy Elliott bio

My name is Andy and I am a newly registered veterinary nurse as of 2025! I have always loved animals and when I moved to London in early 2020, I decided it was time for a job change and I began working at Vets4Pets. I love all animals and have a passion for wildlife and exotics nursing. But day to day I love looking after the cats and dogs we get through the doors. When I am not working, I am usually spoiling my rescue cat Lizzie taking her with me on little adventures.

Miss Julia Nosal

Veterinary Care Assistant

Read Miss Julia Nosal bio

Working at a veterinary clinic is a dream come true. I take joy in building relationships with both owners and their pets, as well as helping them maintain their wellbeing. My time working at Vets4Pets has allowed me to acquire new knowledge and skills which I hope to develop further by pursuing Veterinary Nursing as a career. My favourite part of the day is meeting all of our furry patients and giving them lots of cuddles and attention - my spaniels at home get very jealous!

Veterinary Care Assistant

"Hi I'm Klaudia,
I've always wanted to work with animals so when the opportunity to work at Vets4Pets Greenford had come up I jumped at the chance.
One of the aspects I really enjoy about my job is supporting my vet team whilst being able to handle all sorts of different animals and learning the best approach to do so as each animals' personality is different from the last. I also really enjoy learning more administrative aspects of the job too.
Overall, I love gaining new knowledge from my colleagues and new experiences as our practice day-to-day is never the same."

I'm Alex, and I've been a Veterinary Care Assistant here at Vets4Pets Greenford since joining in December 2024. I have a background in animal welfare, having worked at an animal charity prior to joining the team at Vets4Pets. I'm passionate about animal care and love being hands-on, whether I'm helping out during procedures or just providing pets with some extra comfort. It's my goal to always make a positive difference for both animals and their owners, and I'm constantly looking to learn more to improve the care I provide.

Jacquie

Receptionist

Read Jacquie bio

I have worked in customer services for many years, both in the public and private sector. I also have recent experience in retail. I am also an ardent animal lover, having owned dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, a tortoise and a terrapin. I am therefore delighted to have joined the team at Vets4Pets as a receptionist. Meeting the clients and their pets and having lots of furry cuddles will, I am sure, be the best part of my new job. I am looking forward to being part of a warm and friendly team who really care about people and their pets. When I am not at work, I love the movies, music and food; both cooking it and eating it. Having very recently lost my beloved dog of 14 years, I am very much looking forward to starting a big adventure with a new dog in the near future.
