I knew, since the age of 5, that I was going to be a Vet. My passion for animals started with horses, then I witnessed a dog being hit by a car and was very lame, running away from me. I did not know how to help, which was very frustrating. I graduated University in Poland in 2005 and came straight to the UK. After several months of training and upgrading my qualifications, then two years post-graduation studies, I started working for Vets4Pets in Poole. I left Poole in 2015 to work closer to home at Vets4Pets Southampton. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there but an opportunity to open my own Practice, here in Cornwall, was too tempting to pass up. I have always wanted to run my own practice, and have had many lovely holidays in Cornwall, so to be able to live and work here is like a dream come true. Since we opened in January 2017, it has been challenging but very rewarding. I am very lucky to have a great team around me, making sure we offer the best care for our clients & their pets.

Since leaving school I have worked with animals, starting at a local donkey sanctuary this then lead me into veterinary nursing and I qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in 2016. I began with Launceston V4P's in 2018 and I have since gone on and carried out my clinical supervisor training meaning I can help our student veterinary nurse's in gaining their qualifications.

My spare time is also filled with animals either spending time and riding my 2 horses JJ and Finley or walking my 3 dogs Freddie, Stanley (springer spaniels) and Willow (jack russell).

I grew up in Devon then moved to Cornwall in 2019 and starting at Launceston Vets4Pets in October 2019. I have always worked with animals, starting off with horses then qualifying as a small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse in early 2013. I enjoy the varied role being a vet nurse provides. I still ride when I can and spend my free time exploring the moors and beaches with my naughty working cocker spaniel Remy

Cornish born and bred, I love living near the sea; spending most of my time walking the local coastal paths and I wouldn’t change it for the world! Whilst I currently only have one cat, Leo, I plan on expanding my furry family in the near future.

I am studying to become a registered veterinary nurse with Duchy College, alongside working with the amazing Vets4Pets team in Launceston, who I have already learnt so much from. Though challenging at times, I enjoy greeting the clients and meeting their pets.

I hope to see you soon!!

I have had a passion for animals since I was young and was always helping out with our animals and with both of my grandparents Beef and Dairy farms. After I left school I went on to learning Animal Management at Duchy College where I completed Level 2 and 3. I am currently in my second year of FdSc Veterinary Nursing, where alongside this, I am working with the wonderful Launceston Vets4Pets team, which I have learnt so much from already. In my spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends and family and walking my two dogs Fudge (Sprocker) and Tonka (Springer Spaniel).

Having previously worked in a busy office in Plymouth, I wanted to change career and work in an environment more centred around animal health and welfare, I moved to Launceston (with my two bunnies) and began volunteering for a local animal rescue charity.

Being their go-to vets for procedures; I found myself at Vets4Pets Launceston often enough to build a great relationship with the team, which is how I heard of this exciting position.

I have a keen interest in rabbits and researching about their behaviours, I am always happy to give advice and share what I have learnt with our interested clients or just anyone passing by.

It’s so nice to work within a team who similarly care so much about all animals; big & small.

I have always had a love for animals ever since I owned rats from an early age. I have lived in the south west all of my life I enjoy adventures on the moors and finding a nice river to swim in with my Jack Russell, Finley. I also have a big interest in houseplants, so my house is a bit of a jungle and my favourite plant is the Variegated Monstera.
