We are open for essential care only
In line with government guidelines, we are only offering medically essential appointments, so please contact the practice team before travelling. Our opening hours may also vary, so please monitor our webpage to keep up to date with the latest information.
We are taking steps to help keep you and our colleagues safe:
- If you do need to visit, we ask that only one person per pet comes along, to help reduce the number of people in the waiting area at any one time.
- Social distancing is crucial at this time. When arriving, you may be required to call ahead and wait to be invited in by a member of our team. You will be informed if this is necessary when you call us to make your appointment.
- Once inside the practice, we ask that you please respect a two metre distance from our colleagues and other clients.
- We are only accepting card payments to help minimise contact between you and our colleagues.
- If you can’t visit the practice and are concerned about your pet’s health, please contact us to discuss available options.
We will continue to share regular updates here and on our Facebook page. We thank you for your patience at this time.

Practice Owner & Veterinary Surgeon
BSc(hons) BVetMed (hons) CertAVP MRCVS
I graduated in 2014 from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad, where I lived and worked in a mixed practice. After meeting my husband in a BBC’s ‘Death in Paradise’ sort of scenario, I exchanged one island life for another. Before Joining the Loughton team, I worked for a few years at an independent small animal practice in the lush south west county of Wiltshire.
My professional interests include internal medicine and imaging, as well as, meeting and supporting pet parents. When I’m not savoring the aroma of puppy breath or chirruping with friendly felines, I enjoy long country walks, mosaic and glass art and gin tasting!
My name is Casey, I am the Head Veterinary nurse here at Vets4Pets Loughton. I have been nursing since 2009 and I qualified in 2015. I have a keen interest in Oncology and Geriatric nursing.
I have a Parson Jack Russel at home called Zack, Terrier type breeds are my favourite but I like all breeds, all species: big or small, fluffy or slobbery!
Hi, my name is Shannan and I am a patient care assistant. I love working with animals of all kinds especially dogs.
At home I have a goat called Winston, a sheep called Henry, 3 Chihuahuas and a Staffordshire bull terrier.
My name is Georgina and I am a student veterinary nurse here at Vets4Pets Loughton. Previously I worked at another vets for 2 and a half years as a veterinary care assistant. In my free time I enjoy cycling and yoga, as well as hanging out with my dog and guinea pig.
