We’re still here for you and your pets

Whilst we are still only open for medically essential and emergency appointments (in line with the government guidelines), if you have any concerns about your pet’s health care needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us, to see how we can help. We now offer a range of services to support you and your pets - such as remote consultations and collection or delivery of some products if your pet is on our Complete Care Health Plan.

If you are visiting us, please note we are taking steps to help keep you and our colleagues safe, so please respect the following social distancing guidelines:

  • If you do need to visit, we ask that only one person per pet comes along, to help reduce the number of people in the waiting area at any one time.
  • Social distancing is crucial at this time. When arriving at your local practice, you may need to wait outside until a member of the team invites you in.
  • Once inside the practice, we ask that you please respect a two metre distance from our colleagues and other clients.
  • We are only accepting card payments to help minimise contact between you and our colleagues.

If you can’t visit us and are concerned about your pet’s health, please contact us and a member of the team can discuss available options. We will continue to share regular updates here and on our Facebook page. We thank you for the patience at this time.

I have been a vet for over 1 years having graduated from Perugia University. Since moving to England in 2001 I have always worked in small animal practice. It was a dream come true opening my own practice, and made a lot easier with the support from Companion Care. Working inside Pets at Home means I get to see a lot more small furries and reptiles which is great! Our philosophy is to provide a warm and welcoming practice, where every pet gets treated like it was our own, and where clients feel like part of the family. Please feel free to come along and meet myself and the team, and see all the great facilities we have in our practice.
