I always wanted to be a vet since I was 8 years old. I graduated from Bologna University in Italy in 2002. I gained valuable international experience before settling in the UK where I worked in First Opinion Practices and also Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Hospitals. Outside of work I enjoy life with my Dachshund Coco, who keeps me company on my adventures.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I graduated as a vet from the University of Liverpool in 2008 and then spent a few years in mixed practice ( small animals, horses and farm animals) before becoming a solely small animal vet in 2014.

I love my work, colleagues and client here at Vets4Pets Rhyl. My interests include feline medicine and soft tissue surgery. At home I have an elderly Alaskan malamute, one cat, tow pythons and six chickens. In my spare time I enjoy seeing stand-up comedy, swimming, reading, eating out and helping to look after my nieces and nephews.

I have always had animals from a young age and have always had a passion for the weird and wonderful world of exotics but of course I love all animals. I started in Vets4Pets Rhyl in February 2018. I have several animals at home including chickens, Ducks, my two dogs and a crested gecko. In my spare time I enjoy going to concerts and spending time with my two younger brothers.

Hi, I’m Claire and I joined the team in 2025 training to be a VRN. From a young age I have loved animals of all kinds, and always find myself happiest when in the company of them, so when I am at work I really am in my element.
I believe all animals deserve the best in life, so I am very passionate about providing quality care and support to every patient that comes through our door, treating them how I would expect my own animals to be cared for.
I have a 13 year old dog called Lexie and a 4 year old cat called Zaya. When I am not at work or studying, I love spending time with my family going on new adventures and making memories together.

I've been a qualified RVN for over 10 years and have worked in small animal practice for more than two decades. From a young age, I knew that working with animals was the only career I wanted to pursue.

At the practice, you'll usually find me caring for your pets during their operations and making sure their stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I take great pride in treating every animal as if they were my own.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and looking after my own little menagerie, which includes cats, chickens, and quails.

I Graduated in May 2022 from Reaseheath College. I am interested in top animal care while assisting patients who come to the practice, with a special interest in dentistry, I am currently completing my certificate in dentistry.
Outside of work I enjoy getting lost in the countryside with my Sprollie called Hudson and taking photos along the way. Also while keeping my home kitten proof from the crazy black cat called Fozzy (who’s training to become a fellow lost in countryside side kick too)

Hi, I’m Ali and I’ve worked at Vets4Pets for 9 years. Having a background in administration, I joined the team in 2016, as a part time Client Care Advisor. As I gained further knowledge of Veterinary protocols and procedures, I was promoted to Head Client Care Advisor in 2020. As the Practice has grown, my role has evolved and in 2024 I was offered the position of Business Support Administrator. Primarily I process the Insurance Claims, but I also provide administration support our Practice Manager Sammy, to keep the practice running smoothly.
I live locally, along with my husband and our three crazy cats; Misty, Tom and Luna. In my spare time, I enjoy going for walks in our lovely North Wales countryside, reading or listening to audiobooks, and exploring new places, whether here in the UK or abroad.

Hi I’m Gem and I’ve worked as a Client Care Adviser at Vets4Pets Rhyl since October 2017. It’s such a brilliant team to work with here and I always really enjoy meeting all of our clients and their lovely pets too. I absolutely love all animals having grown up with cats, budgies and hamsters when I was younger. Recently we have rehomed a 1-year-old border collie named Fynn after sadly having to say goodbye to our much-loved border collie Kodi last year. In my spare time I love walking and me and my partner are always out walking Fynn around the beautiful North Wales countryside and on the coast.

I have worked in the veterinary sector since 2020, following a 15-year career in health and safety/Contractor Management.  I joined Vets for Pets as a receptionist in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the friendly team.  Additional duties include first aider and mental health first aider.

I enjoy greeting our clients with a friendly smile and meeting their cherished pets for a special welcome.  Every day is different, ranging from the cutest of puppies to rescue birds and even an affectionate swan!

I spend my leisure time on long walks with my dog and best friend Poppy.  We are frequently found climbing a mountain or playing on the beach.
