I always wanted to be a vets since I was 8 years old. I studied in Bologna University in Italy and got my degree in 2002. I lived and worked in Israel and afterwards moved to the UK where I worked in First Opinion Practices and also Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Hospitals. I now live in the local area. At home we have a dog called Teddy and two cats Telmo and Bento.

Hello, I´m Jose. I´ve wanted to be a Veterinary Surgeon since I was 5 years old. I graduated in 2015 at University of Santiago de Compostela (USC). I´m from Huelva, Spain, where I worked for 6 months in a small animal surgery before I decided to move to Manchester to learn English and get a job as a Veterinary Surgeon. I have worked at Vets4Pets, Rhyl since 2018. I have a dog called Poppy, who comes to work with me every day and a naughty cat called Cayetana. In my spare time I enjoy playing the clarinet, harmonica and ukele. 

My name is Olatz, I moved from Bilbao to the UK in 2015. 

I wanted to be a vet since I was a child and a few years after I reached my dream. I moved to the UK with my grumpy looking cat, Telmo and started my adventure in UK. In the meantime I added to my furry family my doggy Teddy and my naughty black cat Bento, AKA the  "Sheridan's". 

I love my job and enjoy all the cuddles and fuss with my furry patients, I talk to them a lot too, I wish I could be like Dr Doolittle... but looks like I wasn't gifted like him. 

I have a special interest in Dermatology and I am actually coursing a PgCertificate in Veterinary Dermatology.

I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets and feel free to let me know if my accent is too strong or I speak to fast, as I will repeat myself and slow down very happily.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I graduated as a vet from the University of Liverpool in 2008 and then spent a few years in mixed practice ( small animals, horses and farm animals) before becoming a solely small animal vet in 2014.

I love my work, colleagues and client here at Vets4Pets Rhyl. My interests include feline medicine and soft tissue surgery. At home I have an elderly Alaskan malamute, one cat, tow pythons and six chickens. In my spare time I enjoy seeing stand-up comedy, swimming, reading, eating out and helping to look after my nieces and nephews. 

My name is Ben, and I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse at Vets4Pets. I have always loved animals having been brought up with cats, dogs, rabbits and rodents. My job role involves caring for inpatients, monitoring anaesthetics, assisting in surgery, running lab samples / tests, nurse consultations and a lot more. I enjoy working here with such a great team.

Hi, I'm Chloe. 

I started at Vets4Pets Rhyl in April 2022 during my first university placement, and was fortunate enough to join the team permanently. 

During my time as a student veterinary nurse I have enjoyed all aspects of nursing, however, I particularly enjoy nursing our feline patients. I qualified and became a registered veterinary nurse in 2024.

During my spare time I enjoy going on adventures with my Border Collie, Chester. I also have two cat children, Carlo and Douglas.

I have always had animals from a young age and have always had a passion for the weird and wonderful world of exotics but of course I love all animals. I started in Vets4Pets Rhyl in February 2018. I have several animals at home including chickens, Ducks, my two dogs and a crested gecko. In my spare time I enjoy going to concerts and spending time with my two younger brothers.

Hello I'm Paige,

I'm currently studying an Animal Nursing Assistant course in college, progressing on to veterinary nursing in 2024 to become a registered veterinary nurse. 

Working in the veterinary industry has always been one of my dreams, not only is it my passion, but I also find it extremely rewarding.

Vets4pets Rhyl have given me the opportunity to develop my practical skills, as well as develop my clinical knowledge with such a welcoming and friendly team.

I have a cat called Binx and a bull python called Olive.

In my spare time I love to paint and create art pieces, I also love going on walks especially in the mountains.

My name is Libby and I joined the team here in 2024 as a Veterinary Care Assistant. In my spare time I enjoy building lego and walking around North Wales with my dog. In the future I would like to progress to a veterinary nurse. 

Hi I’m Jess I've worked for Vets4Pets since we first opened in April 2015 and started out as a receptionist, I was then promoted to Practice Manager and most recently I've now become a Joint Venture Partner in the business with Tizzy. I've lived in North Wales all my life and started work as a trainee Veterinary Nurse/Receptionist in 1999 and have worked in 3 local practices both small and large animal which I loved. I have worked in the Veterinary Industry for over 23 years, I love my job and I love meeting new and old clients and getting to know everyone. My spare time is spent with my husband and 3 daughters (who keep us very busy with mum and dads taxi service). We have 4 cats; 12 year old Chester, 5 year old Bella and Derek and the new crazy cat of the house Bobby who is 4 years old, we also have 2 dogs; 7 year old Fred the cockerpoo and 2 year old Flo. 

I have been Practice Manager at Rhyl Vets4Pets since July 2024. I am responsible for the operations and smooth running of the practice and to ensure everyone in the practice works as one to safely deliver our services. Client care and patient experience is very important to me along with employee wellbeing. I grew up around dogs, cats and rabbits. I am married with 3 children and 3 cats called Missy, Cleo & Bella. I enjoy being outdoors with my family, listening to music, reading and swimming. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets 

Coming from a family of pet owners, my love for animals started from an early age. I grew up around dogs, cats and rabbits and I knew that I would have pets of my own. I have a background in Administration and I joined Vets4Pets team in 2016. It’s a great team environment and I love meeting all our clients and their pets. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our three beautiful cats Misty, Tom and Luna all of whom keep us busy with their crazy antics! We also enjoy going for walks in the lovely North Wales Countryside.

I have worked within the veterinary sector for 8 years, having come from the travel industry and I love the interaction with helping make all our animals feel welcome.

My name is Gemma and I have worked as a receptionist at Vets4pets, Rhyl since October 2017. It is such a brilliant team to work with here. I always look forward to meeting all our clients and their lovely pets too. I absolutely love animals having grown up with cats, budgies and hamsters when I was younger. I now have my own fur baby Kodi, who is a loveable but slightly crazy border collie. In my spare time myself and my partner are always out walking Kodi in the beautiful North Wales country and on the coast. 

Hello, I am Sue, your friendly Client Care Advisor and I have been part of this fantastic pet-loving crew for over 6 paws-itively amazing years. From comforting nervous pups to winning around the most stand-offish cats, I've done it all. I am excited to continue making tails wag and whiskers twitch with my expertise and sprinkle of love for our furry friends, so please ask me for anything you need and I will be happy to help.

I have worked in the veterinary sector since 2020, following a 15-year career in health and safety/Contractor Management.  I joined Vets for Pets as a receptionist in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the friendly team.  Additional duties include first aider and mental health first aider.

I enjoy greeting our clients with a friendly smile and meeting their cherished pets for a special welcome.  Every day is different, ranging from the cutest of puppies to rescue birds and even an affectionate swan!

 I spend my leisure time on long walks with my dog and best friend Poppy.  We are frequently found climbing a mountain or playing on the beach.
