Meet the team

Hi, my name is Maria! I've graduated from Lublin University of Life Sciences in 2013.
Since then I've been working as a veterinary surgeon in several veterinary practices, mostly with small animals. My specific professional interests include internal medicine of dogs and cats and surgery.
I'm delighted to become a part of Vets4Pets team and I really enjoy living in beautiful Lancashire. After work I like to spend time with my family and friends. I like socialising with my friends, watching horror films, travelling and cooking!

Hi!
My name is Tom and I graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2014 and have been working in small animal practice since! My main areas of interest are medicine and cardiology but I do also enjoy surgery.
My wife and I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. You may see Kuzco, our springer spaniel, pottering about the practice from time to time as he always comes to work with me.
Outside of work I enjoy running and also do football coaching.

Hi, my name is Robyn! I grew up in Liverpool and achieved my qualification as a veterinary nurse in 2012. Since then I have worked with small animals and exotic pets. Being a veterinary nurse is a very rewarding career, I particularly enjoy nurse clinics. This gives me the opportunity of getting to know patients and clients very well.
We opened our doors in 2017 and we have loved meeting all our fury friends and their owners.
I have a little bulldog called Rolo, she is loved by all us and enjoys welcoming you all when coming for your appointments.

Hello I’m Christine and I have been in small animal practice for over 20 years. I am proud to work alongside such a dedicated team who have helped to develop Vets4Pets Southport after opening in 2017.
I have also achieved the International Society of Feline Medicine Diploma in Feline Nursing which has helped me understand our feline friends in more depth.
Unfortunately in May 2020, we lost our 13 and a half year old rescue Rottweiler, Lola. My love of rottweilers will remain along with so many happy memories. We also have a rescue naughty tortie called Chunks, who can be very demanding, and loud but we love her to bits with her quirkiness. We have recently rescued another Rottweiler called Lucy who is from Cyprus. She has settled in well and despite missing the sunnier climate she is living her best life now. Alongside this, after a lifetime of rescuing all of my furbabies over the years, I have finally succumbed to my love of the British Shorthair cat breed and now own Pushka who is just adorable.

My name is Sam I am a qualified veterinary nurse, I have been working in practice since 2010 but I have been on the register since January 2017. I enjoy everything about nursing from caring for inpatients to conducting nurse appointment but I particularly enjoy working in theatre.
I have a rescue ragdoll called Joey and I have 2 rabbits Cindy and Mrs Snuffles. I enjoy working with all animals but I do have a soft spot for cats. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and collecting vintage.

My name is Rebecca and I have been a qualified veterinary nurse since July 2020. As a newly qualified nurse I am enjoying learning as much as I can to improve the care I can offer my patients.
I have a rescued cat called George who despite his old age and 3 legs still rules the roost. Having George has meant I have a soft spot for our elderly patients needing an extra bit of attention.
Outside of work I love exercising whether that be visiting the gym, rock climbing or cycling. I also enjoy crafts and baking, particularly sampling the end product.

Hello I'm Andy the Practice Manager at Southport Vets4Pets. I have worked with the Vets4Pets team for the past 4 years. I love working with people and animals and I am looking forward to helping the team make you and your pets feels welcome with us.
In my spare time I enjoy family time out with our rescue dog Lola and our rescue cat Chunks. I also keep fit regularly in the gym.

Hi, I’m Anna! I am a Veterinary Care Assistant here at Vets4Pets Southport and I am also currently studying a degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Liverpool.
My position here has given me the opportunity to interact with all of your lovely pets and gain lots of hands on experience within the practice. I have been able to get involved with our in-house lab which has helped me in my studies.
Darcie, my rescue Boxer, keeps me busy outside of work, constantly wanting attention, cuddles and tennis balls... although they last all of 5 minutes!

Hi there my name's Alison and I am one of the Veterinary Care Assistants here at Vets4Pets Southport.
I have recently relocated back to Southport after previously living in London, and feel very fortunate to have found work in an environment that I really love to be involved with.
I love animals and have now rescued two cheeky sibling kittens of my own called Jacks and Pallina. They have been great fun and bring a lot of joy to the house which has made settling in to my new home even easier!!

Hi, I'm Georgia!
I am one of the Veterinary Care Assistants here, I also work on the front desks and enjoy greeting you and your fur babies into the practice. I have worked in Vets4Pets since 2016 in a few locations.
I am hoping to become a Vet nurse in the future and further my progression into the Veterinary world
At home I also have two mischevious cats, Pika and Lila!

Hi, I'm Jess!
I'm a Client Care Advisor here at Vets4Pets Southport, you'll see me on the front desk cuddling all of your lovely pets. I love being a part of the team and learning more every day about looking after your furry friends.

Born and raised in Southport and always had a real passion for animals. My position here at Vets4Pets Southport is a Client Care Advisor and I look forward to meeting all of your fury and fluffy friends!
When I'm not greeting you and your beloved pets, I'm out walking my rescue French Bulldog Lilly, who loves running up and down the sand dunes, or I'm out at the stables looking after and riding my Irish Sport Horse, Drummer.
