Meet the team
Registered Veterinary Nurse
I recently left human nursing after 4 years, to join the veterinary community in 2019 to train as a student vet nurse (currently in my first year) I was privileged enough to gain a placement at Vets 4 Pets and am enjoying every minute of it. When I’m not working at the practice, I enjoy spending time with my two gorgeous but lazy dogs – Luna and Remus.
My husband, Terry and I moved to the UK from South Africa at the start of 2015, together with our two young children, Scott and Mia.
After 15 years in a corporate career in operations management and administration, my life is now completely different. We are living our dream in a lovely seaside village in Cornwall.
Being Practice Manager here at St Austell Vets4Pets is a whole new challenge for me, but I thoroughly enjoy the interaction with our new clients, the friendly people of St Austell, and meeting their pets.
We are a family owned business, and understand how important the best possible level of care is for your furry family members.
Welcome to Vets4Pets St Austell.
We love to embrace both our patients and the future! We live in the technology age and we are loving it - secure in the knowledge that our lives are being made easier and easier by technology but also knowing that nothing can replace our precious pets.
Check out these cutting edge developments designed to make your lives simpler and easier: download the Vets4Pets app on your smartphone and you have the power to get information as and when you need it as well as allowing you to book yourself and your pet a consultation in our clinic.
We also support online veterinary consultations and accept any discount vouchers issued by them, so check out https://myfamilypet.co.uk
It works in the following way: you log in and book an online consultation with a qualified and trustworthy vet in the comfort of your own home. Should the vet feel that you need to take your pet into the clinic, make an appointment with us and we will discount your consult price by the amount you paid for the online consult fee. How cool is that?! A real win-win offer and combined with our new app you can book your own appointment without using the telephone (so last century!!)
We are here to help, so please pay us a visit and join us on our quest to make your life and your pets life easier and more comfortable.
