We are open for essential care only
In line with government guidelines, we are only offering medically essential appointments, so please contact the practice team before travelling. Our opening hours may also vary, so please monitor our webpage to keep up to date with the latest information.
We are taking steps to help keep you and our colleagues safe:
- If you do need to visit, we ask that only one person per pet comes along, to help reduce the number of people in the waiting area at any one time.
- Social distancing is crucial at this time. When arriving, you may be required to call ahead and wait to be invited in by a member of our team. You will be informed if this is necessary when you call us to make your appointment.
- Once inside the practice, we ask that you please respect a two metre distance from our colleagues and other clients.
- We are only accepting card payments to help minimise contact between you and our colleagues.
- If you can’t visit the practice and are concerned about your pet’s health, please contact us to discuss available options.
We will continue to share regular updates here and on our Facebook page. We thank you for your patience at this time.
Meet the team
I was born and raised in Birmingham and graduated from Liverpool Vet School in 2015. During my time at vet school I developed an interest in exotics, in particular “small furries” and reptiles.
I started work in Congleton gaining experience in consulting and surgery before I moved back to the Wirral to further my experience in exotic medicine. I started at Vets4Pets Wallasey in April 2018 and am keen to continue my work with exotic animals. Hoping to complete my certificate in exotic care and medicine over the next few years.
I enjoy reading and drawing in my spare time. I love to visit zoos and learn more about conservation in exotic species. I also love walking with my partner, especially locally as Wirral is such a beautiful place to live.
I have a Roberovski hamster called Brandon (Bran Flake), a rabbit called Honey and keep lots of tropical fish at home. My dream pet would be to have a monitor lizard!
I joined the Wallasey branch in January 2018 after moving into the area and thoroughly enjoy it here!
I qualified in 2004 and have worked in referral practices, mixed animal, emergency work and first opinion practices all over Shropshire and Cheshire.
Outside of work, I have a Labrador called Bentley who keeps me busy and I am a keen runner and regularly partake in running obstacle events like Tough Mudders.
I am a Student Veterinary nurse at Wallasey Vets4Pets. I have a dog, a cat, nine rabbits, two rats and two hamsters.
Before joining Vets 4 Pets Wallasey I completed an animal care apprenticeship at Leahurst Animal Hospital, which then allowed me to have enough experience to join the team at Wallasey and apply for my nurse training.
I have been working at this practice since July 2016 and started my nursing course in January 2018.
I joined Vets 4 Pets Wallasey back in 2015 and I am very settled here working with a great team. I am currently doing my training to become a qualified Veterinary Nurse.
Outside of work I have a 7 year old little boy who keeps me very busy. I have a poodle named Doogle and 2 cats named Cinders and Spencer. I enjoy keeping fit going the gym and going on nice bike rides with my family.
My interest in working with animals has come from being brought up on a farm and owning a variety of animals from pigs to horses to dogs. After school, I moved to Leeds and completed a BSc in Equine Management due to my love of horses.
After my degree and student life I moved back to the Wirral and completed a few months in a referral practice, but felt that first opinion practice would allow me to learn more – this took me to the team at Vets4pets Wallasey!
I have a beautiful 2 year old little girl who takes up most of my spare time but I also enjoy training and keeping fit in the gym in-between working and being a mu
