Hello, I’m Charlotte. I’ve always had a love of animals and knew I wanted to work with them from a young age. I graduated from Middlesex University in 2012 as a qualified Veterinary Nurse and I have since worked in a number of large practices. I joined Vets4Pets in March 2017 as their Head Nurse. You will mainly see me for nurse consults, however I also care for your pets when they have to stay with us. At home I have two Guinea Pigs, Abra and Omi, as well as my hand-reared kitten Henry (at 10 years old I’m not sure I can still call him that!). I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

I am Demelza one of the VCA's. I started my journey here at Vets4Pets Watford as a Client Care Advisor back in 2021, putting my passion for animals into my work has helped me grow as a person and develop the skills I needed to work my way up to becoming a Veterinary Care Assistant. I love meeting all your wonderful pets and I really enjoy making them feel at home and giving them the TLC they need to help them get back onto their little paws.

I've been part of the Vets4Pets Watford team since 2015, and now as Practice Manager, I still absolutely love my role. Every day is rewarding, from working alongside a fantastic team to connecting with our clients and caring for their animal companions, who make each day so fulfilling.

From a young age, I had a strong passion for animals and knew I wanted to work in this field. It's been a privilege to build relationships with our regular clients and share in the joy of caring for their pets.

I look forward to welcoming you and your furry (or not-so-furry) friends!
