Meet the team
Hi, I’m Kat
I qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in Poland and registered to practice in the UK in early 2014. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to spend my days helping pets live their happiest, healthiest lives.
When I’m not at the practice, I’m usually enjoying Asian cuisine — sushi and Thai dishes are my absolute favourites (vegetarian, of course!). At home, I’m kept entertained by my cat, the one and only Mr Dave Klakier von Crinkle Plum, and I also have a big soft spot for hamsters (the smaller and cheekier, the better!).
I love making visits as positive and stress-free as possible, and if I can earn a purr, a tail wag, or even the imaginary approval of a hamster, I know I’ve done my job right!
Hello, I’m Charlotte
I’ve always had a love for animals and knew from a young age that I wanted to work with them. I qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2012 after graduating from Middlesex University and have since gained experience working in a number of large practices.
I joined Vets4Pets Watford Century in March 2017 as Head Nurse, and you’ll often see me during nurse consults as well as caring for pets when they stay with us. Supporting both patients and their owners through every stage of care is what I love most about my role.
I’m proud to be part of such a friendly and dedicated team, and I look forward to meeting you and your pets soon.
I am Demelza one of the VCA's
I started my journey here at Vets4Pets Watford as a Client Care Advisor back in 2021, putting my passion for animals into my work has helped me grow as a person and develop the skills I needed to work my way up to becoming a Veterinary Care Assistant.
I love meeting all your wonderful pets and I really enjoy making them feel at home and giving them the TLC they need to help them get back onto their little paws.
Hello, I’m Claire
I joined Vets4Pets Watford Century in 2024 as a Client Care Advisor, and I’m now thrilled to be working as a Veterinary Care Assistant! It’s such an exciting step, and I love being more hands-on with all your furry friends.
Before joining the team, I worked as a Dog Groomer and also with exotics, small animals, and fish — so animals of all shapes and sizes have always been a big part of my life.
I can’t wait to meet even more of your wonderful pets and give them all the love and care they deserve!
Hello, I’m Lauren
I’ve been part of the Vets4Pets Watford Century team since 2015 and am proud to be Practice Manager. I absolutely love what I do — every day brings something new, from supporting our wonderful team to welcoming clients and helping care for their beloved pets.
I’ve had a passion for animals from a young age, and working in this field has always been my dream. Over the years, it’s been a privilege to build lasting relationships with our clients and to be part of so many pets’ journeys.
At home, I have my rescue cat, Nala, who joined my life in 2024 after being found as a stray with four kittens in a garage. While her kittens all found loving homes, I quickly realised I couldn’t part with her — we’d fallen head over heels, and she’s been part of the family ever since. Even Nala seems to know she’s truly landed on her feet!
I look forward to continuing to meet you and your furry (and not-so-furry!) family members whenever you visit us.
Hello, I’m Ella
I joined Vets4Pets Watford Century in April 2025 as a Client Care Advisor, and I’ve loved every minute of working in such a friendly, animal-loving environment.
Although I can’t have pets of my own right now, I’m really close with my family’s dogs, so I still get plenty of cuddles and waggy tails in my life!
Outside of work, I enjoy baking (and sharing the results with anyone lucky enough to be around!), as well as keeping active by going to the gym and swimming.
I’m always happy to welcome you and your pets into the practice, and I look forward to seeing you at reception soon.
Hi, I’m Paige!
I joined the Vets4Pets Watford team in July as a Client Care Advisor. Growing up on a farm, I was surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes — from chickens to horses and everything in between. This gave me lots of experience caring for animals and understanding their individual needs.
At home, I’m kept busy by my two amazing cats, Einstein and Merlin, who are very much the bosses of the house (I’m definitely their devoted servant!). When I’m not looking after them, I love to crochet — and have even been known to make miniature versions of our furry friends.
I can’t wait to welcome you and your pets to the practice! 🐾
At Vets4Pets Watford Century, we’re proud to offer affordable, high-quality veterinary care in a welcoming and modern environment. Our fully equipped practice includes an on-site lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray, and ultrasound – plus the convenience of on-site parking.
