I qualified as a veterinary surgeon 13 years ago, having first completed my undergraduate science degree at the Royal Veterinary College in London, followed by my veterinary training at the University of Liverpool. Since then, I’ve gained a breadth of experience working at various Vets for Pets practices across Borehamwood, London, Hatfield, Yorkshire, and Essex.

I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery, and strive to provide the highest level of compassionate care to all my patients. I have a particular interest in soft-tissue surgery, with a focus on airway procedures for brachycephalic breeds. I’m also passionate about feline welfare and strongly advocate for cat-friendly practices that ensure stress-free vet visits for our feline patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family (including our beloved cat, Chakudi), as well as reading, travelling, and attending the theatre.

Hi! I'm Sally, one of the Client Care Assistants at Whetstone Vets for Pets.

At 14 years old, I first began working with animals. I obtained a Level 3 in Animal Care in college and have a veritable zoo of animals myself including invertebrates, reptiles, fish, cats and horses. I have 3 years of experience working as front of house in veterinary clinics before I joined Vets for Pets for the opening of the Whetstone clinic as a Client Care Advisor. I look forward to meeting and greeting you and your pets when you come into the clinic and helping make your visits to our clinic a positive experience.
