Meet the team

Paula Garces Santana
Joint Venture Partner and Veterinary Surgeon
MRCVS
I am originally from Gran Canaria and graduated from The University of Las Palmas De Gran Canaria in 2020. I have 2 dogs called Bruno and Arlo and I love to spend time walking him, visiting new places, eating at nice restaurants and socialising with my friends.

I graduated from The University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2021 and completed an Internship in the local shelter before moving to Swansea. Back at home I have 3 dogs and a cat. I like spending my free time out with friends, discovering new places and playing games.

I qualified from Bristol in 1996 and after 8 years in Mixed Practice, spent the next decade working in Emergency and Critical Care. I had my own practice in Newport for 6 years, before stepping back to spend more time with my young family. I now split my time between working as a general practitioner and looking after my 3 children and smallholding in The Brecon Beacons. I have many animals including a flock of Herdwick sheep. In my spare time I enjoy riding my bicycle all over the world.

I have worked in the practice since we opened in 1997! I am the cat advocate for our practice. I have 2 children and many animals including dogs, cats, guinea pigs and degus. My spare time is spent walking, gardening and supporting the Cardiff Devils ice hockey team.

I qualified in 2005 and have worked in first opinion, referral and emergency clinics. I have an interest in emergency and critical care and I have completed certificates in emergency and critical care and wound management. I am the clinical coach, meaning I am responsible for the training of student nurses. I have a dog 2 dogs called Bruce and Frank

I have worked here as a registered veterinary nurse since 2016, I started here as a Student and loved it here so much that I decided to work here once I had qualified from university. I have a little boy, so most of my time is spent running around after him!

I qualified in 2020 from Hartpury University. I spent my placements here whilst training and when an opportunity came up I decided to work here permanently. I have a dog and 3 cats. I enjoy playing rugby and spending time with my friends

Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm a Student Veterinary Nurse. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I enjoy playing with my cat while she runs around being crazy!

I have worked for Vets4Pets for 17 years. My hobbies are gardening, baking, cooking and I really enjoy going for walks. I have a cat called Annie and a dog called Marley, both of which are young and energetic!

I started working here as Receptionist in October 2021. I have 2 dogs, 2 rabbits and fish, which take up a lot of my spare time!

I have been with Vets4Pets since 2020, I started in the Swindon practice and transferred to Swansea in 2024. I spent 3 years studying at the University of Worcester and have a Bachelor's degree in Forensic and Applied Biology. My family have a 6-year-old German Shepherd called Isla, who has been a crazy bundle of energy since she was a puppy, and we have a tortoise who has been in the family for over 50 years. Before transferring to Swansea Vets4Pets, I spent 6.5 months in Australia playing cricket and have joined a local team in Neath since coming back.

I started with Vets4Pets Swansea in April 2024, whilst completing my Masters Degree in Applied Psychology. I enjoy hiking, paddle-boarding, surfing and horse-riding. I have two Spaniels called Roo and Millie as well as two cats called Izzy and Rosie. I also have an Arab Horse called Varazeea (Raz or Raspberry for short).

I started with Vets4pets in November 2024. I am throughly enjoying my time here so far and the whole team have been so welcoming.
I have a diploma with the Association of Accounting Technicians and an NVQ in Business Administration.
Having spent most of my career working in admin and accounting roles I decided it was time for a new adventure.
I am a mother to a young boy who I enjoy having sing-a-long sessions with on our car journeys.
I also have a new kitten named Leo and 2 fish called Goldie and Electricy.
When I’m not driving my son to his numerous activities and play dates I enjoy attending music concerts with my husband where I can let my hair down.
