Helping you give your pet the best possible care

Pay in 3 with Klarna

We understand that taking care of your pet when they are unwell or injured and also to cover the cost of their preventative healthcare, can at times put a strain on you financially. We have partnered with Klarna, to be able to offer financing solutions to help ensure your pet gets the treatment they need, with the following payment options*:

  1. Pay in three - Divide your payment into three equal interest-free payments over a period of 60 days.
  2. Pay later - allows you the finance upfront, with a payment due to Klarna within 30 days.

How it works:

  1. If financing is something you are considering when it comes to your pets healthcare with us, then the first step is to check with your local Vets4Pets practice, for it they offer any of the above financing solutions.
  2. Once agreeing on a finance solution, your local veterinary team with be able to explain how to start the application process.

Please note: Financing is only available at participating Vets4Pets and Companion Care surgeries, so please check with your local practice.

In some cases, Klarna may offer financing contingent on the applicant paying a portion of the balance up front. You will be prompted to make a deposit during the application flow, if this is the case.

Our 0% offer means that you won’t have to pay more. The monthly instalments will be collected automatically from your bank account via Direct Debit. Please ensure you have enough funds in your account to cover the repayment on your due date.

Your monthly payment must reach Klarna by the payment due date. If you fail to make the minimum monthly payment, Klarna may charge a late payment fee of £12.

Klarna will also report information to credit reference agencies about the payments you make, and about any payments that you fail to make on time. Failure to make payments on time could have a negative impact on your credit file and applying for future payments.

If you are having trouble making repayments, please get in touch with customer service via the support section of the Klarna app or via Klarna’s customer support page.
