We take pride in delivering a high standard of client and patient care, but if you are unhappy with the recent service or treatment provided please contact a member the practice you are registered with and the Practice Director or Practice Manager will investigate your concerns.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the investigation, you may ask for a review of your concerns or you can refer your complaint to the Veterinary Client Mediation Service for mediation.
