This offer is promoted by Pets at Home Vet Group Limited, Epsom Avenue, Handforth, Cheshire, SK9 3RN (“Promoter”). This voucher is provided free of charge by Vets4Pets Guernsey. It entitles you, as a rehomer of a cat, dog, rabbit or ferret from Guernsey Animal Aid, to redeem a free Vac4Life for your rehomed pet at Vets4Pets Guernsey. Vac4life provides your pet with a free vaccination and free vet health check at time of vaccination every year for the whole of his/her life. Terms and conditions and exclusions apply. Kennel Cough, Rabies, and Chlamydia are not included in Vac4Life. As a Guernsey Animal Aid rehomer, you are not under any obligation to redeem this voucher.

This voucher covers the cost of your veterinary consultation but not the cost of any additional products or services required during that consultation which the vet will discuss with you at the time of your consult. As a Guernsey Animal Aid rehomer, you are not under any obligation to redeem this voucher.
