Meet the team
I am originally from Chester and qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon at the University of Edinburgh in 2010. Following graduation, my first job was at a small animal practice in Wolverhampton which gave me experience in all aspects of veterinary care and ultimately I became responsible for the majority of surgical cases. In addition, I worked with the local greyhound track providing the veterinary care and emergency treatment for the racing dogs and the local retired greyhound trust, which is something I have a passion for.
With the expansion of the Pets at Home the opportunity then arose to become a Joint Venture Partner at Vets4Pets in Solihull. Whilst awaiting the opening of our new Solihull branch I worked for several local Vet4Pets practices providing experienced locum cover.
The most rewarding aspects of being a vet is helping clients on a daily basis and building long term relationships with pets and their owners. I have a keen interest in surgery (particularly orthopaedics) and I am currently finalising further qualifications in surgery.
I currently have a rescue cat called Garfield, who’s a character to say the least!
I moved to the Birmingham area after graduating from Cambridge University in 2015 having previously been born and raised in Manchester. My first job was here at Vets4Pets Solihull and due to making lots of meaningful connections with many clients and pets have joined the practice as a joint venture partner.
I am an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in small animal medicine having done further qualifications which helps me to further investigate and treat my patients with the best possible care.
Many of you will have seen my beautiful black lab Robyn who often comes into work with me but may not know I have a cat called Wren as well.
I was born in Paris, grew up in Texas before moving to Cambridge when I was 11. It was during this time that I developed an affinity for animals. This travel at an early age has given me a unique blend of accents you may well pick up on.
I went to school and university in Cambridge graduating in 2015 along with Josh. I joined Vets4Pets a couple years later at the end of 2017 and what a time it has been so far! I have a postgraduate qualification in Surgery, covering both soft tissue and orthopaedics.
At home I have a beautiful Labrador called Aloy.
A true Silhillian, I have lived in Solihull my whole life and happily came back here after graduating from the University of Bristol. I love being able to help our local pets, looking after them and giving them the best care possible. I have just started my journey here at Vets4Pets Solihull and I look forward to meeting everyone and getting to know their pets.
At home I have a very cheeky miniature schnauzer called Tess, and a surprisingly speedy Hermann’s tortoise called Herbie.

I started here at Vets4Pets Solihull in September 2019 after qualifying as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I am thoroughly enjoying the work here; this is a busy, varied and very friendly practice.
Veterinary Nursing has been a career change for me, one that I have found challenging at times but interesting and definitely rewarding.
At home I have a cat called Arya who loves the outdoors but is gradually getting more accustomed to the comforts and warmth of indoors!
I have always had a passion in animals and since the age of 14 and have since worked in a few different veterinary practices, this has allowed me to gain various experience and knowledge. I started at Vets4Pets Solihull and my nursing in 2016 and qualified to be a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2019.
I have further interests in physiotherapy and hydrotherapy and hope I can progress on these in the future. I currently have 4 dogs, two Jack Russell terriers called Alfie and Sadie and two French Bulldogs called Ava and Pippa. I enjoy my role at Vets4Pets Solihull and look forward to progressing my career as a nurse.
I am one of the newest members here at Vets4Pets Solihull and can attest to how dedicated, caring and accepting the team are. My passion for the profession was sparked during my year 10 work experience at a local veterinary practice and since that day I was committed and driven to becoming a registered veterinary nurse.
On my route to qualifying I studied a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Welfare and Management, then ultimately an FdSc in Veterinary Nursing of which I graduated in February 2021. I have worked at a number of practices allowing me to build new and varied skills. I have a particular clinical interest in surgical nursing and look forward to exploring this further through CPD.
Outside of work I enjoy going on road trips with my cocker spaniel
My name is Beth. I have been nursing since 2018 but started my journey here at Vets4Pets Solihull in May 2021. I really enjoy working here and being part of the team.
I have a passion for rabbits and would like to progress and go on to specialise in rabbit medicine and nursing. This started when I rescued a very sick wild rabbit called Otis when he was just 2 weeks old and I hand reared him back to health. I currently own 2 rabbits called Ester and Fergo who are my world!
After spending many years travelling to many different countries and seeing many different animals, the only career I wanted to do was veterinary. Having the opportunity to work and study at the same time was a massive bonus for me.
I started my journey at a local practice studying at Solihull College, I moved to a practice in Warwick developing my skills in emergency care in a hospital environment. In 2022 I had my first child and wanted to work closer to home, this bought me to Vets4Pets Solihull. In my short time here I’ve really enjoyed working with such a lovely team that all have brilliant knowledge and skills and really do care about the animals we see.

I began studying in my early 30’s, once my two daughters became slightly older. It then felt like the right time for me to start on my journey to achieve my career goal and lifelong dream of becoming a veterinary nurse. I completed a Level 2 – Veterinary Nursing Assistant course and have been working in practice as a VCA for over 2 years. I was delighted to join the team here at Vets4Pets Solihull as of September 2022 as a student nurse to progress onto becoming a Registered Veterinary Nurse. At home, I adore my 3 dogs, Kylo (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel), Zara (Pug X) and their daughter, Aurora. Along with them, lives my beautiful tabby cat, Leelo.
I have some Spanish family and was lucky enough to spend my teenage years living in Spain, which was incredible. These years introduced me to a new culture and I gained a second language, Spanish. Some of my family still live out there so I am lucky enough to be able to travel out there multiple times a year, which my children love, but husband not so much as he is usually dedicated to staying behind and looking after all the animals!

Before joining Vets4Pets Solihull at the start of 2018, I had spent the previous 11 years as a Veterinary Nurse. My main passion within this profession has always been for patient and client care, I now have the chance to really give the best care to clients as well as their pets.
I currently have 4 cats, all but one are hand reared rescues that came to my place of work. You will see me around the practice, so I look forward to meeting you and your pets!
All my life I have wanted to work with animals and originally started out at the Dogs Trust in Kenilworth. I helped and trained the dogs that had challenging behavioural issues and really enjoyed the difficulty but also the enjoyment in then getting these animals an amazing home.
Since becoming a mum, I started working here at Vets4Pets Solihull in January 2018 and became the Senior Client Care Advisor. I have brought my interest of dog behaviour into the practice and have helped many people and their pets with basic training and advice. I have many of my own rescue animals including my bouncy Rottweiler Tyler, two cats called AJ and Isla, as well as rabbits and guinea pigs! They each pose their own challenges but I love them dearly.
I have worked in the veterinary profession since 1990, working mainly with small animals but I did spend 2 years working with injured Race Horses in Ireland and teaching children to ride. I joined Vets4Pets in March 2015 when we opened in Solihull.
I have always had horses, dogs & cats, but recently it is just the cats.
I have gone back to my first love the British Shorthair. I started back in 1988, showed in the 1980s 90s and stopped in 2002. Then in 2013 years ago I started to show and breed these wonderful cats again. I am on the committee for 2 my breed club and show as often as I can. I am now breeding one of the newest colours the beautiful golden tipped & colour pointed British Shorthair.
I started my journey here at Vets4Pets Solihull in October 2020 and became a client care advisor. I have worked in the veterinary environment since 2016 and to be honest couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I love all animals and have my own purrfect furry family of rescue cats at home. Ruby, Starr, Honey and Fern.
I really enjoy my role here and being part of a great team of which kindness and compassion is what we are all about.
I have loved all animals since a young age and have always wanted to work within the pet industry. I have worked at Pets at Home since December 2018 and I have just started my journey here at Vets4Pets Solihull. I’m excited to be in a new role and learning new things. I look forward to meeting you all and getting to know your pets!
I have two black Labradors called Jake and Benji and a tortoise called Tallulah.
