We love being outdoors as a family and enjoy camping and hill-walking. I love my job as it allows me to spend my time with all shapes and sizes of animal and we have such a lovely team here. I joined the practice in 2014 on a part-time basis. I qualified as a vet in 1998 from Liverpool Veterinary School. I live in Mold and am married to an electrician who is a very good handyman at home. I enjoy DIY and at the minute we are modernising our bungalow, a work in progress! I am chief lawnmower and hedge cutter at home but also enjoy Zumba, reading, going out for meals and drinking the odd glass of white wine.

I joined the practice in 2012 having previously had incarnations as a science teacher, a drugs worker and a stay-at-home dad. Our children our now at primary school and I’m often found doing the school runs, cooking dinners and refereeing some genuinely spectacular arguments. I love coming to work for some peace and quiet and I thoroughly enjoy working alongside such an amazingly dedicated team every day.

I joined the practice in February 2016. Prior to working here, I worked in a boarding kennels for 3 and a half years. My passion has always been to work with many different types of animals so when the opportunity arose I jumped at the chance to work here. I first started working at Vets4Pets in May 2016, I have always had a love for animals and always hoped to work with them, so when the opportunity arose to work at Vets4Pets, I jumped at it. I went to college to study Animal Management and then progressed to complete a degree in Wildlife Conservation and Ecology. I have a pet rabbit named Bowe and various tropical fish. One of my favourite hobbies is wildlife photography and I particularly enjoy taking pictures of birds. I also have a love for South Africa after travelling there in 2013, and I hope to return there one day to do some voluntary work.

I joined Vets4Pets in August 2016. I have always had a love for animals and an interest in wildlife. I currently own 4 snakes and would love to have a couple of dogs one day soon. I graduated from the University of Chester with a BSc in Wildlife Conservation and Ecology. I have spent time in Botswana, participating on the conservation research programme of the various animals in the area. Since graduating I have spent my time volunteering with Cheshire Wildlife Trust, Chester Cathedral Falconry Centre and even met David Attenborough! In my spare time I practice my Wildlife Photography and in the future I would like to teach others about animals or study to become a vet nurse.
