Hello and Welcome to Vets4pets Hastings!

I have always wanted to be a vet, growing up with pets. At the age of 14, I spent the summer holiday on a long school trip around Europe and ever since I wanted to live in the UK.

I graduated in Bucharest-Romania in 2009 and I moved to the UK in the following year.

During my years of experience I worked for different practices in Kent and South London as a permanent and locum vet, but only Vets4Pets have won my heart. Elena and I became charmed by the small & cute town of Hastings and decided to move here in 2015.

I enjoy all aspects of working with small animals and I have a special interest in orthopaedics, especially in surgical correction of the knee joint.

With the help of my lovely colleagues - all of them proud pet owners, we provide the highest standard of care and we treat every patient as our own.

Being positioned on A21 and offering lots of free parking space, our surgery has all the latest technology, such as an Ultrasound scanner with Colour Doppler, digital X-Ray unit, ECG, most advanced general anaesthetic monitoring equipment and blood machines, large comfy and separated dog and cat wards being awarded the status of Friendly Clinic by the International Society of Feline Medicine.

I have studied in Turkey and Poland before graduating in 2023 and moved to the UK straight away.

I grew up surrounded by pets and I've always knew that I will be a companion animal vet. My greatest pleasure is to make sure that you're receiving the best service for you and your animals.

When I am not at work, I enjoy myself writing and playing video games. You might also see me wandering with my photo camera around Rye Harbour Nature Reserve.

My name is Otto, and this behind me is Hunor, my personal 24/7 Vet and proud Owner. Hunor decided to move to the lovely Hastings so that I can enjoy swimming in the sea. Hunor is highly thought of amongst his colleagues for both his surgical and medical skills. I am sure that you and your pet will adore him! In our spare time, Hunor and I, go for big walks and visit new places.

I have graduated in Romania in 2019 and before that I was thrilled to do my student practice in Italy and Greece as I very much like to travel and learn about different cultures.

I have always loved animals with all my heart, yet this profession requires more than that and I get very motivated by the challenging part of it. Above all, my constant endeavour is to ensure the health and welfare of the animals commited to my care.

In my spare time I enjoy cooking, watching movies and hiking.

Ever since I can remember I wanted to be a vet as I always loved animals and had an interest in medicine. That dream finally came true when I graduated from vet school in Romania after 6 years of studying.

My goal is to help you give your pet the best life possible.

In my spare time I enjoy drawing, reading, horseback riding and exploring nature.

My preferred means of transportation is the bicycle, so you will often find me cycling up and down the hills of Hastings and St. Leonards.

I have grown up surrounded by lots of pets and have always wanted to have a career with animals. I have previously worked in a pet shop and as an Animal Care Assistant for the RSPCA where I gained my NVQ in Animal Care and Welfare. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and having playtime with my cats or walking my two dogs along the beach.

I have loved animals since before I could walk and always dreamt of having a career helping those in need. Whilst away from work I enjoy walks through the countryside with my two excitable dogs and seeing friends.

All my life I have been surrounded by animals and from an early age I would always say I wanted to work with animals.

As I got older it never changed, I persisted and got my Bachelors in Science for Veterinary Nursing.

Now I have all the time to spend with my collies Luna and Jango, many more animals at home and all my family and friends.

Before joining Vets4Pets Hastings I was a pet shop manager for almost 5 years. I am very much a people person, but I also have a huge passion for animals (specially small fluffies!), so I’m lucky to combine both sides on my everyday job.

In my spare time I love cooking, following speedway, watching football and I love being close to the seaside - so walking along the seafront is where you’ll find me on a nice day.

After leaving school in 2019 I started working weekends at a livery yard with horses, alongside this I was at Morrison's too. However, I have always wanted to work in a veterinary practice, ever since I was little! Now here I am!

I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 5 horses, 2 pigs and some chickens! So as you can tell I love all sorts of animals. In my spare time I like to go out and compete my horses:)

Vets4Pets Hastings is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!

The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
