Born and brought up in London, I was determined to be a vet for as long as I can remember! My earliest memories are of playing with our family spaniel. I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 2009 and have worked in small animal practice ever since, mostly in London, but spent 4 years volunteering and working in Australia and South East Asia. Having now settled in East London/Essex I decided to open Vets4Pets in Chadwell Heath in early 2014, which I have enjoyed so much I decided to take over Vets4Pets in Newbury Park Ilford in 2017. I thrive on providing a fantastic service to our clients and the best possible care for all patients. My special interest is in surgery, and have recently completed an RCVS certificate. At home I have an elderly Cavalier King Charles, Cerys and two rescue cats ''the boys'' Gordon and Bagheera. When I'm not working I can usually be found walking in the forest, at the gym or exploring overseas. I am now part of CBBC's Pets Factor team!

Hello! My name is Charlotte. I am a Qualified VCA and started working for Pets at home in 2007, where my love for animals and retail was combined.

I decided right away that my love for animals was the career that I wanted to pursue. I joined the team in 2012, and qualified as a Veterinary Care Assistant Nurse in 2017! I love every aspect of being a Nurse and I am aiming towards being an RVN.

I have a Shih-Tzu called Prezley & a Ginger cat called Harry. On my days off I love to spend time with my Daughter Ruby & going on dog walks.
