Meet the team

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College London in 2012 and came to join the Biggleswade team in 2019 as a permanent Vet. Before this I worked for Luton Vets4pets for 7 years. I enjoy all areas of veterinary work but I particularly love soft tissue surgery. In my free time I love music, I play the piano and cello I also love going to the gym and spending time with my family and friends.
In May 2023 I gained my certificate in Ophthalmology and in September 2023 I completed a course in acupuncture.
I’m excited to meet you all and your pets soon.

Since graduating from Bristol in 2010 I have enjoyed becoming an all round G.P. for pets of all shapes and sizes. I have a keen interest in small exotic veterinary care, especially that of rabbits!
At home I have three rescued pets - a cat (the shy one), a rabbit (the boss) and a hamster (the new baby).
I look forward to seeing you and your animals soon!

I am the Head Nurse and Pet Health Counsellor here at Biggleswade. I have always had a keen interest in working with animals since a young age; I have worked within veterinary practices since 2004 even before I left school. I completed a BSc Honours degree in Veterinary Nursing in 2011 and have since worked at Vets4Pets. In February 2014, I helped start up a new Vets4pets practice in Luton Gipsy Lane and have worked there since, previously working in their standalone practice for many years before this. I enjoy running nurses clinics, interacting with the clients and getting to know their pets. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and German Shepherds, and lots of different outdoor fitness activities.
Sarah returned from maternity leave in June 2023, after having a little girl in October.

I have been nursing for over 30 years. I was a head nurse of a busy branch practice in Essex for 10 years. I came to Biggleswade Vets4Pets to cover our Nurse Sarah's maternity leave in September 2023 but l enjoy working with the team and clients, so have stayed on permanently.
In my spare time I love walking and training my dog, Dexter. I also have two lovely cats.
I enjoy meeting all of this friendly practices clients and pets.

I completed my training and qualified in 2019. I started at the Biggleswade surgery in 2022. I am clinical coach to the students here at the surgery. I have completed my certificate in ISFM Feline Nursing and have a particular interest in weight/nutrition clinics.
I have two rescue black cats at home called Bert and Ernie who I hand reared after they were abandoned at 24 hours old.

I have been a veterinary nurse for over 20 years and transferred to the Biggleswade surgery in January 2023.
I am a mum to two lively boys. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling, sport, music and reading.
I have three pets myself, a rat, a lizard and a dog.

Hi, I’m Rhea,
I am a first year student veterinary nurse and I joined the Biggleswade surgery in July 2023.
Currently, I spend a lot of my time studying. However, when I have free time I do like to crochet and be artsy. I love rabbits, I have a rabbit called Everest that I love to treat and enjoy the company of whilst I study.

Hello, my name is Kathryn!
I joined Vets4Pets Biggleswade as a receptionist in October 2020, in a year that was very uncertain, I found a role/place and work colleagues that make everyday better!
I have always had such a huge love for animals, having hamsters, rabbits, fish and many many dogs all throughout my life; although I do have a slight fear of cats!
So getting to help clients and their furbabies, even in the smallest of ways, is a huge satisfaction and what makes me love my role here!
I love to take my boy Harvey for long walks across the fields and woods, throwing his beloved ball.
There is really no love like the love of a fur baby!
Kathryn has now returned from Maternity Leave after having a beautiful baby girl in December 2022.

I have been a receptionist at the surgery since November 2021. Prior to that I worked at Pets at Home for six years. In my spare time I like walking my labrador, Ralph.

I have been a receptionist at Vets4Pets since 2019. I was at the St. Neots surgery for the first two years and have been at Biggleswade since August 2020.
I am currently studying for degree through the Open University, and in any spare time I do have I enjoy reading. I am also the proud owner of two dogs, Buddy and Daisy, and two cats, Thor and Cupid.

Hi,
I joined the team in March 2024 after being a receptionist for many years in the leisure industry. I am looking foward to getting to know all the pets and owners visiting the practice.
In my spare time I enjoy walking my two pointers, Florrie and Fynn.
Vets4Pets Biggleswade is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
