Face Masks must be warn at all time in the shop and the practice unless except.
Only 2 client will be allowed to wait in the reception area at a time and you will be contacted by staff when we are able to see you for your appointment.
We also ask that only one person accompanies Your pet to the Practice (where possible).
We will also be providing telephone and video consultations where possible.
