Juliette qualified in 2012 from Duchy College with distinction in FdSc Veterinary Nursing and has been veterinary nursing in Cornwall for the past 8 years, specialising in nursing orthopaedic and ophthalmic surgical patients and is qualified as a Canine and Feline Veterinary Health Nutritionist. She has a keen interest in nurse clinics, surgery, inpatient care and providing excellent care to both patients and clients.
Juliette has lived in Cornwall all her life and enjoys spending time with her young family and her beautiful Labrador Sadie.
Hayley has been nursing since leaving school and qualified as registered veterinary nurse 11 years ago. She joined our practice in 2019 and is a great addition to the team. Hayley enjoys all aspects of nursing and has a passion for social sessions, building confidence with wary pets.
Hayley has a young family and a collection of pets so spends her time out of work chasing around after them all.
Poppy joined our practice in 2018 as a receptionist and decided on a career change in 2019 to become our veterinary care assistant. She is now in the process of taking the next step up the career ladder and soon starting her veterinary nurse training.
Poppy spends her spare time with her young family, her 3 cats Graham, Petal and Mog and Bob the guinea pig.
Tracey has been with our practice since we opened in 2014. She started as one of our reception team and has progressed to practice manager. Tracey has completed an ILM level 3 certificate in Leadership & Management and is currently part of the Vets4Pets Practice Managers Programme.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and finding new places to take their lively 6 year old sprocker Lola for walks.
Kerrie joined our practice in February 2019 a receptionist and is a valued member of our team. Kerrie progressed to head receptionist in September 2021 and has stepped into the role with confidence.
She moved to Cornwall from Yorkshire in 2004, where after leaving school became a qualified electrician. Kerrie enjoys all aspects of the head reception role and is the go to person for insurance claims.
Outside of work Kerrie enjoys spending time with her lovely family and taking care of her menagerie of animals, which include a dog, 3 cats, ferrets & fish.
Natasha joined our front of house team in July 2020 after having previous reception experience with a local animal charity.
