Meet the team

Alp grew up in the vibrant city of Istanbul and graduated from Istanbul University in 2021. He spent two years gaining valuable experience working in both veterinary practices and the pet nutrition sector.
Although he loved the stunning views of the Bosphorus, Alp was ready for a new adventure and made the big move to the UK in 2023. He worked as a veterinary surgeon in Southport before heading down to beautiful Cornwall in May 2024.
As a young vet, Alp is passionate about learning and growing every day to provide the very best care for his patients.
Outside of work, he’s a proud metalhead and loves playing guitar—though he admits he might occasionally bore his friends by making them listen to his latest riffs!

Nicola qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in May 2013 and became part of our team in August 2014. In 2019, she stepped into the role of Head Nurse and has been leading our nursing team with passion and dedication ever since. While she enjoys all areas of veterinary nursing, she has a special interest in surgery and anaesthesia.
Nicola is currently on maternity leave, enjoying time with her growing family. When she’s not at work, she loves making the most of Cornwall’s stunning coastline—whether it’s walking, surfing, kayaking, or camping. And when she finds a quiet moment, she also enjoys baking up something tasty!

Juliette qualified with distinction in FdSc Veterinary Nursing from Duchy College in 2012 and has been proudly nursing in Cornwall ever since. Over the past 8 years, she has developed a special interest in orthopaedic and ophthalmic surgical nursing, and is also a qualified Canine and Feline Veterinary Health Nutritionist. Juliette is passionate about nurse clinics, surgery, and inpatient care, and is dedicated to delivering the very best for both her patients and their owners.
A true Cornish local, Juliette has lived in Cornwall all her life. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her young family and her beautiful Labrador, Sadie.

Charlie joined our practice in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience from retail and other client-facing roles. Her friendly nature and excellent communication skills made her a natural fit at our front desk.
In 2022, Charlie made the exciting leap into the clinical side of things and began her journey as a student veterinary nurse. We’re thrilled to share that in February 2025, she successfully passed her OSCEs and is now embracing all aspects of her nursing role with enthusiasm and care.
Outside of work, Charlie loves to unwind with cross stitching and crocheting, and she’s a proud cat mum to three gorgeous felines—Cheddar, Ava, and Luna

Karenza joined our team in January 2025, after qualifying as a veterinary nurse in 2024. She enjoys every aspect of her role, with a special love for puppy and kitten cuddles!
Karenza is also keen on expanding her skills and is interested in pursuing a dental certificate in the future.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Hugo, who is always keeping her busy.

Tracey has been part of our practice since day one, joining the team when we opened in 2014. She started on our reception team and, through hard work and dedication, has grown into her role as Practice Manager. Tracey has completed an ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management, as well as the Vets4Pets Practice Managers Programme—she’s always looking for ways to learn and grow with the team.
Outside of work, Tracey loves spending time with her family and exploring new walking spots with their lively 10-year-old Sprocker, Lola.

Kerrie joined our practice in February 2019 as a receptionist and quickly became a much-valued member of the team. In September 2021, she took on the role of Head Receptionist and has stepped into it with confidence and a calm, can-do attitude.
Originally from Yorkshire, Kerrie made the move to Cornwall in 2004. Before joining the veterinary world, she trained and qualified as an electrician! She now enjoys every aspect of her role at the front desk and is our go-to expert for all things insurance-related.
Outside of work, Kerrie loves spending time with her family and menagerie of animals

Natasha joined our front-of-house team in July 2020, bringing with her valuable reception experience from a local animal charity. She’s been a fantastic addition to our team, always greeting clients and their pets with a warm welcome and a smile.
Outside of work, Natasha loves spending quality time with her family. She’s also an active person who enjoys swimming, cycling, and loves to travel.

Lisa joined our reception team in September 2024 and quickly became a valued member of the team. She loves working alongside everyone and especially enjoys meeting new clients and their pets.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys walking her dog, Lassie, getting lost in a good book, and exploring new places in her campervan.
