Meet the team
Hi,
I'm Charlotte and I'm the Head Vet and Joint Venture Partner here at Coalville Vets4Pets.
I graduated from University of Liverpool in 2015; soon after Dawn (my now business partner) offered me my first job! Since then I've worked in clinics across the East Midlands before reuniting and starting this exciting venture together.
I love working with companion animals and particularly enjoy spending time in theatre!
When I'm not at work, I can be found spending time with my own pets. I have a mischievous cat called Minnie and two horses called Frank and Lily who I compete during the summer months with my husband.
I'm Abby, I graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2021. I'm enjoying seeing all your lovely pets and taking care of them when they're poorly, I can often be found in theatre and enjoy working up dermatology cases.
I've got a naughty rescue cat called Pickle, who definitely lives up to her name! In my spare time I enjoy paddle boarding along the river soar, going for bike rides with my husband and I also sing with The Sutton Bonington community choir.
Hi I'm Mark, I graduated from the RVC in London in 2009. I've had various roles within the veterinary industry and currently enjoy first opinion practice.
In my spare time I enjoy going for long walks, catching up with friends and playing the latest video games.
Hola! My name is Carmela.
I graduated as a vet in 2005 from Gran Canaria. Since then I have worked in emergency and critical care practices, a variety of small animals and charity practice in Tenerife and England. I have a keen interest in surgery and diagnostic imaging. I am currently studying towards my certificate in small animal surgery.
I have a ragdoll cat. In my spare time I enjoy keeping healthy, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
Alison Anderson
Veterinary Surgeon
I'm Dawn and I am the Head Nurse/ Practice owner of Coalville Vets4Pets.
I have worked in veterinary practice since leaving school (many moons ago) and enjoy it as much now as I did then.
Having qualified as an A1 Assessor, I now assist the next generation of nurses with their RVN training.
I own several Flatcoated Retrievers and enjoy spending time with them either walking, swimming or showing.
Hi, I'm Isobel and I have been at Coalville Vets4Pets since March 2020 and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2023.
I have two dogs called Jazz and Ace, in my spare time I enjoy doing agility with my dog and going horse riding.
Hello, I'm Rosie and I have been with Vets4Pets Coalville since September 2023. I qualified as a registered veterinary nurse in July 2024. I love all areas of Veterinary Nursing including dispensing, looking after in-patients and also nurse consults.
I have a Labrador puppy called Amber who is always up to mischief and keeping me on my toes. In my spare time I enjoy going on nature walks and going to the gym.
I have been at Coalville Vets4Pets since 2019, and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2021.
My favourite part of the job is being in theatre and monitoring anaesthetics. I have a dog called Evie and a Tortoise called Timmy, in my spare time I enjoy walking my dog and socialising with my friends.
My name is Emma, I've been a nurse for over 20 years most recently at Vets4Pets and still enjoying it.
In my spare time I enjoy going to gym classes, walking my dogs and spending time with my family.
I have worked for Vets4Pets for over 3 years now, transferring over to Coalville Vets4Pets in June 2021 as a receptionist. My favourite part of the job is seeing all of your pets and of course having cuddles with them too.
I have my own spoilt four legged friend called Roxy. In my spare time I enjoy exploring the countryside, spending time with family and friends and also enjoy riding my loan horse Hampton who I have had for 4 years now.
I started with the company in November 2020. My favourite part of this job is seeing your pets leave with a spring in their step after they are feeling better.
I have two furry friends of my own: Clio the cat and Tyson the British Bull Dog. We spend our spare time cuddling on the sofa.
Hi my name is Leon and I am a new member to the team as a client care advisor. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting all my new furry friends. I have three dogs of my own Polo, Koa and Theo. I enjoy taking them for long walks and our next adventure will be visiting the seaside as they love water.
Vets4Pets Coalville is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
Veterinary Surgeon Charlotte and Veterinary Nurse Dawn have over 30 years of experience between them and have worked together for many years.
They look forward to welcoming you and your pets to the Vets4Pets family, showing you around the practice and introducing you to the team.
