Meet the team
Hi, Im Auntie Vicki,
I am lucky enough to be the JVP at Droitwich Vets4Pets where I get to combine my passion of veterinary care for pets with my love of working in a family ethos environment. I have a keen interest in surgery and Orthopaedics, whilst also keeping to date with new advances in veterinary medicine and technology.
I graduated from Nottingham Veterinary School in 2011 , and have worked in several practices before becoming a JVP in 2017.
Out of work I love spending time with my husband and daughter and a large family of pets.
Hi everyone,
My name is Mirela and I am a passionate Romanian Vet that graduated many moons ago. I have been practising in the UK since 2012 and I have a keen interest in feline medicine, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, ddentistry and also hold a certificate in Emergency and Critical care. When I am not completely immersed in my job, I love hiking, camping and travelling with my partner as we love nature and discovering exciting new places. I have 2 rescue cats- Sid and Peaches- that are a handful, but very amusing and fantastic companions.
Hello,
I'm Alessandra!
I'm originally from Italy, where I qualified in 2018. Shortly after my career brought me to the UK. I had the privilege of working with various small animal practices where I've developed a diverse skill set. In the last two years, I've been furthering my knowledge through a post graduate certificate in internal medicine. I find great fulfilment working on endocrine disease and helping senior pets, who often require the extra care and attention they deserve in their later years.
I have recently adopted a cat named Lorenzo, who has a rather amusing obsession with Italian food! My dream is to expand my family by adding a rescue dog, and I look forward to bringing even more joy into my home.
Hi,
I'm Caitlin and I am a student veterinary nurse. I joined Vets4Pets Droitwich in April 2024.
My areas of interest are in inpatient care.
At home I have a parrot and a family dog called Bolt, who is a crazy Cocker Spaniel who likes to keep everyone on their toes.
Hey,
I'm Kirstie and I qualified as a vet nurse in 2018. This was always my dream job since I was a child.
Outside of work I am kept busy with my two young girls and our pet hamster Maggie.
I have been working as a Veterinary Nurse for almost 10 years now and have been fortunate enough to gain experience in different aspects of nursing. My main passion is canine behaviour and emergency care. I am currently completing a canine behaviourist qualification.
I have two sprockers and a border collie at home that keep me very busy!
Hi, I'm Karen, I started my veterinary nursing career in 2002. I moved to Worcester in 2023 after relocating to Worcester from Bedfordshire.
I enjoy all aspects of Nursing but have a particular interest in geriatric cats and diabetes after previously caring for my own diabetic cat. I enjoy supporting clients through the challenges of dealing with their own diabetic and elderly pets.
I have 2 cats, Duncan and Derek. Derek was rescued as a kitten through the local RSPCA. I also keep tropical fish and I have previously had pet hamsters, rats and guinea pigs.
Hi I’m Lesley, one of the Client Care Advisors here at Droitwich Vets4Pets.
I’ve been working here since March 2020 and really love my job. It's so nice being able to fuss all of the furry clients we have in and build a bond with them. Seeing them go from injured or poorly pets, to being discharged after successful treatment here in the practice is amazing.
I have a national diploma in Animal care and my favourite animals are horses and dogs.
I live in Droitwich with my two children.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family in the great outdoors. I love travelling, especially in America. I also like pub quizzes and spending time with friends.
Hi,
My name is Julie, I have been a CCA here at Vets4Pets Droitwich since the end of October 2022.
In my spare time I enjoy crafting and am a qualified beauty therapist.
I have two cats at home called Minnie and Nala, who I adore.
Hi,
I'm Leah and I am one of the Client Care Advisors at Droitwich Vets4Pets. I started in April 2024 and have already met some lovely clients and their pets.
I have two children who keep me busy outside of work and we are often found out in the countryside walking or horse riding.
My name is Angela. I have been a Client Care Assistant here at Droitwich since October 2024.
I really enjoy working here, we have such lovely clients and patients, it is a pleasure and privilege to help them. All of the team have made me feel really welcome.
I have 5 children, all grown up now, 7 tortoises, a dog and a cat. I am also a keen wildlife photographer.
Hi, I'm Alison and I am your practice manager here at Droitwich. I have been Nursing for over 20 years now and have been at the practice as a Nurse working with Victoria for some time.
I have a keen interest in management and enjoy all of the admin aspects as well as looking after such a great team! Being able to combine my nursing and management skills together has been amazing. I am currently studying for a certificate in leadership and management to further my knowledge.
At home I am kept busy with my family and a very cute little scruffy terrier called Otto.
