Jonathan Grey
Practice Owner & Veterinary Surgeon
BVetMed MBiochem CertAVP(SAM) MRCVS
Jonathan's interest in veterinary studies began while he was a student at Magdalen College, Oxford, where he completed his Master of Biochemistry degree in 2006. He went on to complete his fast track veterinary degree at the Royal Veterinary College in London, qualifying in 2010. Jonathan then worked in small animal practice in St Albans and South Wales before moving to Cambridge, working for the Village Vet group for three years, where he met Gloria. Jonathan and Gloria opened Vets4Pets Haverhill in 2017 and Vets4Pets Saffron Walden in 2019 as Joint Venture Partners.
Jonathan completed the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Medicine in 2016 and was an RCVS Recognised Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine from 2016-2021. His interests include management of complex medical cases, cardiology and soft tissue surgery. He is hoping to complete a certificate in Small Animal Surgery in the near future.
Out of work Jonathan enjoys running, listening to a variety of musical genres and drinking coffee!


Carlo Valente
Veterinary Surgeon

Isa graduated in December 2013 in Italy and started her career in a busy Veterinary Practice mostly treating companion animals. She developed an early interest in Radiology and Ultrasonography and completed a Masters Degree in Small Animal Imaging in 2018.
In 2019 Isa moved to the UK with her family for an exciting life and work challenge and joined the Vets4Pets team in 2021.
In her spare time she likes to cuddle her furry, squeaky guinea pigs, cooking, swimming and visiting new places, she also loves singing and has recently joined the Haverhill Singers Choir.

Leanne started her nursing career in 2012 in a busy practice in London working closely with the RSPCA both in practice and as a shelter volunteer. She loves most aspects of nursing but has a keen interest in anaesthesia, emergency and critical care.
Leanne is also one of our Clinical Coaches teaching all the future veterinary nurses everything they need to know and supporting them through their studies ensuring the next generation of nurses have the very best start in their careers.
In her spare time Leanne loves exploring the English countryside with her dog Odin who's a Lab x Collie x German Pointer!

Susan has been a Registered Veterinary Nurse since 2016, completing her training at The Animal Health Trust a specialist referral practice. Susan joined us in November 2020 after the Trust unfortunately closed due to Covid.
Susan has a particular interest in Internal Medicine but enjoys all aspects of nursing and enjoys the challenge that it brings. She provides outstanding care and support to the patients and clients especially when the outcome isn't the happiest one.
Outside of work Susan enjoys reading and trying to stay fit with pilates.

Bekki has been nursing for 10 years and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2018 whilst working in a referral centre before moving into General Practice. Her particular interests are emergency and critical care nursing and anaesthesia.
Bekki loves being a veterinary nurse as each day is different and she feels a great sense work satisfaction knowing she has helped the animals in some way. She is our other Clinical Coach for the student nurses.
She is kept busy out of work with her Bedlington Terrier Mocha.

Anna joined the Haverhill team in 2019 to do her Nursing Assistant training which she completed in September 2021. She is now studying to become a registered veterinary nurse.
Anna is interested in animal behaviour and enrichment, nutrition and anything related to cats!
At home Anna has a very playful cat to keep her entertained although neigh the cat or Anna particularly like their photo being taken!

Ella joined Vets4Pets in September 2018 when she started her training to become a registered veterinary nurse, she is due to be fully qualified by the end of the year.
During her training Ella has found she has a keen interest in anaesthesia and working with our smaller patients such as rabbits, guinea pigs and rats.
On completion of her qualification Ella is hoping to further her education into exotics and hopes to gain experience working with animals abroad and zoo animals.
In her spare time you will find her on the stage entertaining us all or spending time with her two Boxer dogs Missie and Trixie and her Chinchilla Daisy.

Sophie is currently in her final year at Anglia Ruskin University studying Veterinary Nursing with Applied Animal Behaviour. She started with Vets4Pets in September 2020 and enjoys all aspects of nursing but specifically behaviour, nutrition and neonatal/paediatric care. Sophie is always the first to volunteer to hand rear any animal that needs through the night feeding!
When Sophie is not at work she is kept busy with her dog Arya, her two cats Bran and Khaleesi and her house rabbit Missandei. She also enjoys exploring cities and sampling the wine!

Emma started with Vets4Pets in May 2021 as a Clinical Care Advisor after working as an Animal Nursing Assistant for another Veterinary Practice. In December 2021 she was promoted to Practice Manager of Haverhill and Saffron Walden Vets4Pets. Emma has an extensive customer service background having previously worked as Cabin Crew and for Essex Police, she has also spent a number of years working within the equine industry and has worked for two Olympic Medalists.
Outside of work Emma spends most of her time with her three English Springer Spaniels two of which spend a lot of time at Saffron Walden and are very popular with the clients!
If not with the dogs she can be found on the side of a football pitch watching her daughter play or supporting Cambridge United.

Julie started with Vets4Pets in September 2019 and is the first person you meet when you arrive at reception. She describes her role as her perfect job as she loves animals especially dogs.
In her spare time Julie loves spending time with her husband Gary and her children and three grandchildren and they like to go on plenty of days out and holidays together.
Julie is a regular at the gym and enjoys walking her dog Banksy.

Julie joined the reception team at Vets4Pets in November 2021 and loves that no two days are the same, she is enjoying the challenge that then job brings and loves greeting all the animals especially all the puppies!
Julie lives with her husband, daughter and their two dogs Bella and Gus. When she is not at work she enjoys pottering in her garden, walking her dogs and singing loudly and badly to all her favourite tunes!

Natalie joined the Vets4Pets team in December 2021. Her working career began in publishing where her role was in the sales and marketing of University Textbooks. After 25 years in publishing she decided to completely retrain as a maternity support worker at The Rosie Maternity Hospital in Cambridge where she worked for 6 years. Whilst she loved working in maternity care she couldn't be happier that she has swapped human babies for fur babies!
Natalie has no pets of her own but sponsors a Guide Dog and she looks forward to seeing all the animals as they arrive into reception.
In her spare time she enjoys running and has run the London Marathon 4 times and will happily show off her medals at any opportunity!
