Meet the team
Tammy graduated from Zaragoza Veterinary College in 2000. She started working in a small animal veterinary practice and a zoological park as veterinary assistant that year showing early interest for exotic medicine from the very beginning. She then moved to Alicante (Spain) and has been working ever since as a small animal and exotic veterinary surgeon in different parts of Valencia and Alicante, having always a strong bias to Avian and small mammal medicine and surgery. Between 2008 and 2012, Tammy was requested to give several lectures in Italy and Spain about Bird and small mammal emergency medicine, husbandry, anaesthesia and surgery. In 2013, she moved to the UK and has been working in small animal practices since then. She joined our practice in April 2014.
When she is not at work, Tammy likes socialising, going to the gym and shopping, and goes to Spain every time she can to visit family and friends. She also loves spending time with her family as much as she can, especially her little boy Marcos. Tammy has a Postgraduate diploma in Small animal surgery and Anaesthesia from the University of Barcelona. She´s got two bunnies, Cookie Monster and Elmo who is a giant rabbit. Tammy is currently studying a certificate in Exotic Animal medicine and surgery.
I started off here at Kings Lynn in May 2013 as a locum and haven’t left since! I have been working in Veterinary practice since 2001 and qualified as a Veterinary nurse in January 2005. I lead busy life outside of the practice with my 3 children, Sam who is 23, Harry who is 14, and Libby who is 11. I have been married to Paul for 20 years and together we run our farm ‘Bramblebee Farm’ which has a flock of around 60 sheep, a herd of 40 Beef Shorthorns and Aberdeen Angus cattle and our herd of ‘Bramblebee’ old spot pigs, from which we produce our award winning sausage and top quality meat. I adore my dogs and have been breeding Border Terriers for nearly 23 years. I also have 1 working sheep dog, whose talent never fails to amaze me and two farm cats who work very hard to keep the rodent population down. I have a real passion for working with all animals large and small and wanted to work with animals from around the age of 10. I love lab work and enjoy consulting, meeting both clients and their animals. In my spare time, (HA!!!) I enjoy spending time with my children and my pets (especially my sheep and my dogs) and enjoy socializing with my friends.
I qualified as a registered Veterinary Nurse in August 2017.I have been with the Kings Lynn companion care practice since July 2011. I have worked in a few other practices. I am a clinical coach, a surgical nurse, a qualified First-aider and I am currently doing a diploma in feline nursing.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends, seeing movies, going out and generally relaxing at home with my two dogs, two cats and two snakes.
I have joined the team in February 2016 and qualified in January 2019.
I love all kinds of animals, the big and the small, hence the reason I love working at Vets4Pets so much. I really enjoy consulting as it gives me the opportunity to build a relationship with the owner as well as getting to know the animal better. I also enjoy theatre days.
I live in Kings Lynn with my husband and my three cats Tessy, Lilly and Nala. In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends, travelling and shopping.
I started with Vets4pets as work experience for my Veterinary Nursing degree and since have become a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
I have a passion for all small animals and also an interest in horses. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends and walking my two dogs. At home I have two dogs a Siberian husky and Alaskan malamute. I also own one rabbit and some guinea pigs.
Registered Veterinary Nurse
I started with the team in 2016, since then I have started my veterinary nurse training and hope to be qualified in 2021.
Some of my other interests includes, make-up, travelling and cuddling my kitten Melody.
In memory of Zach:
Zach joined our team in September 2016 as a Kennel Assistant. Instantly we could see that we was a highly motivated individual with a true passion in caring for animals. This lead Zach onto the path to becoming a Student Veterinary Nurse.
Sadly Zach passed away in January 2020, which has left a huge void in our practice.
Zach is greatly missed each day but will forever be in our hearts.
I started at Kings Lynn surgery in September 2012 and became Joint Venture Partner in November 2013. I became sole owner of the business in December 2017. I enjoy the daily challenges of running the practice and love taking care of all the team. I love to make sure the practice has a family feel to it.
I love going to conventions with my children, Ben and Charlotte, and I love to rehome pets that need their forever home. I currently have 1 dog, 3 cats, 11 rabbits and 2 guinea pigs at home. I even have a sign on the house that reads the Clark family zoo. We have recently just rescued a little Romanian dog called Henry who now has his own Facebook page for his travels, his favourite hobby is sleeping.
I started at Vets4Pets in January 2018, I started here as my first job at 16 and have been here ever since, I have made friends in this job and love meeting new people. I am hoping to do more courses to help gain experience and progress. In late 2020 I became a Client Care Advisor.
At home I have many pets – 10 rabbits plus an indoor rabbit called Moana who had to have a surgery to remove her front teeth, 2 guinea pigs, and 3 cats, in 2020 I lost my best friend, my dog Marley who was 11 years old. But we have rescued a little dog from Romania called Henry who we have adopted and are taking care of. All of my pets have different personalities and I have rescued most of them from the vets.
I love going to comic cons with my mum, Julie - who owns the vets - and relaxing at home with my pets watching my favourite shows and movies. I love to travel and have been to a few different countries, on my bucket list I would love to go to Vancouver and New York!
I have been a member of the vets4pets team since July 2019. My role at the practice is kennel assistant/ receptionist.
I'm crazy about cats and currently own 4. In my spare time I volunteer for Cats Protection in Downham Market and for the RSPCA at Eau Brink. I am also a qualified First-aider.
I started at Vets4Pets in November 2018 as Work Experience, and I then started as a Veterinary Care Assistant April 2019. I enjoy lab work and cuddling the animals after surgery.
At home I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 9 guinea pigs. I have previously studied Animal Management level 3 at the College of West Anglia. In my spare time I enjoy doing various online courses, and I also enjoy playing video games and baking.
Elaine joined Vets4Pets in November 2015 as a receptionist after working at Argos for 31 years. She has been happily married to Alan and has 2 amazing daughters, Natasha and Claire and 3 amazing grandchildren, Zach, Summer and Frankie. At home Elaine has 2 rabbits, Charlie and Roxy.
And at work she likes to share her experience with rabbits to new rabbit owners which she is very passionate about.
My name is Alex, I have been a receptionist for Vets 4 Pets since changing roles last March (2019) when I was an assistant manager in Pets At Home, when not here I enjoy time spent with my partner Claire and my children as well as my own pets.
I also have a passion for anything that's nerdy, including the Marvel Universe and technology. I have a passion for photography of all types and have recently set up a photography business of my own to offer event photos, portraits and photos of people with their pets!
Thanks for reading, maybe see you soon in the practice.
