We are open for essential care only
In line with government guidelines, we are only offering medically essential appointments, so please contact the practice team before travelling. Our opening hours may also vary, so please monitor our webpage to keep up to date with the latest information.
We are taking steps to help keep you and our colleagues safe:
- If you do need to visit, we ask that only one person per pet comes along, to help reduce the number of people in the waiting area at any one time.
- Social distancing is crucial at this time. When arriving, you may be required to call ahead and wait to be invited in by a member of our team. You will be informed if this is necessary when you call us to make your appointment.
- Once inside the practice, we ask that you please respect a two metre distance from our colleagues and other clients.
- We are only accepting card payments to help minimise contact between you and our colleagues.
- If you can’t visit the practice and are concerned about your pet’s health, please contact us to discuss available options.
We will continue to share regular updates here and on our Facebook page. We thank you for your patience at this time.
Meet the team
I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2018. Prior to that I studied Anatomical Science with Veterinary Anatomy at the University of Bristol, before working at Fitzpatrick Referrals for 2 years as a theatre auxiliary.
I love all animals but my passion lies with cats, bunnies and other small furries. I live with my partner and our two beautiful Ragdoll cats, Emmy and Oscar.
In my spare time I love to cook and bake vegan goodies, but my absolute favourite thing is skiing and snowboarding and I go to Italy every year for my dose of snow, sunshine and pasta!
I graduated as a veterinary surgeon in Barcelona (UAB). I am delighted to be able to work with the excellent team at Vets4pets, Letchworth as I know it will bring lots of new opportunities for my future. My absolute favourite are the cats here but i love all animals of course!
Back home I have my lovely family and Betty my 13 year old precious cat.
I have worked here at Vets4Pets Letchworth since June 2016, starting as a receptionist and promoted to head of reception in 2017. I started working in vets from the age of 15 when I did work experience at school, and went on to study animal care, management and nursing at Shuttleworth College for three years. I live at home with my partner, two boys George and Stanley, mad springer Gracie and our cat Maggie. I took some time out of working with animals and worked as an estate agent for a while but I’m now back doing what I love and love working with the team here!
Being one of the receptionists, I think I have the best job in the world – meeting all sorts of animals and of course their owners! I have always been an animal type of person. I live at home with my son James, our big fluffy cat Mr Cole and we have recently got a loopy spaniel cross puppy called Fleur. When you are passing by please pop in and say hello, it would be lovely to meet you and your pet!
I started working at Vets4Pets in July 2018 and have loved every minute of my adventure here.
I have worked in the veterinary industry for over 5 years now and in that time have learnt a lot about every aspect of working with clients and patients. I love all animals but my absolute favourite are the bunnies and of course German shepherds. You may have seen me with my German shepherd pup Burt in the practice. In my spare time I love spending time with my family. I love anything with an engine and love motocross bikes. At home I own a German shepherd named Burt, a bunny named Dopey and a guinea pig named patch. I look forward to meeting you in the future.
Hi I'm Lauren and I'm one of the receptionists here. I live at home with my husband and 2 young children. In the past I have had dogs, rabbits, gerbils and a cockateil. We are currently looking to adopt a dog to make our family complete!
I've only been at vets4pets for a few months and already feel so at home with the team. I love the variety of my job, meeting different animals & people and look forward to meeting many more of you.
Hi, my name is Dani and I'm a receptionist at the Letchworth practice. I'm so happy to be a part of this wonderful team, it's more like a family than a work place. I love all animals especially elephants, orangutans and bats. Most of all I love my two fluffy little Jack Russell cross dogs. Pop into the practice and say hello, I'd love to meet you your pets and shower them with love and affection.
Hi, I’m Jess. I’ve been working with Vets4pets for around 4 years now. I worked in Letchworth for around 3 and a half years before moving to Hertford Vets4pets. I was there for 6 months before returning to join the Letchworth team again. I am currently working as a Veterinary Care Assistant but would like to restart my Veterinary Nurse training in the future. Prior to working at Vets4pets I was studying a Level 3 Extended Diploma in animal management. At home I have 3 fur babies. Archie the whippet, Bonnie the Patterdale terrier and Missy the Lurcher. I also have Chicken and Quail. In my spare time I like to go to car shows and spend time with my friends.
Vets4Pets Letchworth is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
