Meet the team

Hi there, having spent 5 years in mixed practice in Cumbria and Lancashire and now myself and my wife Jennifer have become the new partners at Vets4Pets Leyland. We have three young children, Eleanor 5 years, George 4 years and Joe 2 years who keep us very busy! In our spare time we enjoy walking our Lakeland Terrier Gus. We hope to provide a caring and compassionate service of high quality to the good folk of Leyland and surrounding area.

Since qualifying from Bristol vet school in 2009 I started my career in mixed practice but more recently have concentrated on small animals. I am happily married to Matt and we have a Border Terrier called Basil, a black Labrador called Denver and a cat called Nando.
I run the cat only clinics on Wednesday evenings 6-7pm to reduce stress for our feline patients. In my 'spare time' I am currently studying for a certificate in advanced veterinary practice.

I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2012 and up until moving to Vets4pets I spent 9 years working in a very busy 24 practice were I cared for a wide range of patients. I have a keen interest in critical care and I'm very passionate about snuggles! I have been a clinical coach since 2014 and enjoy helping students learn how to provide quality care for their patients. Outside of work I have a beautiful dog name Finley, who was hand reared from 2 days old. He's not the bravest of dogs and can be spooked by his own shadow on a regular basis, bless him!

I have been a veterinary nurse since leaving school and became a registered veterinary nurse in 2004. I joined Vets4pets just over 2 years ago and love working with such a professional and caring team. I am happily married to Ian and we have a beautiful daughter, Jessica who is 5 and a half years old. We have been busy renovating our forever home over the last 3 years.
I have a great interest in cat behaviour and enjoy helping to run the cat only clinics here. We have recently adopted a handsome tabby and white 2 year old cat called Angus. He is amazing with our little girl and loves night time cuddles with us. I enjoy exercising and socialising with friends/family in my spare time.

Working in the animal industry has always been a passion of mine, I studied Animal Management and Agriculture before working with Vets4Pets and starting my career in Veterinary Nursing.
I live with my partner and son, we have a little dog called Wheeler, three cats: Moose, Katniss and Indie and four ferrets. We also provide home boarding services so sometimes we have a houseful! In our spare time we enjoy being outdoors (when I can get my son off the PS4!) and spending quality time together as a family.

I am a client care adviser at Vets4pets Leyland. I'm really enjoying my job, every day is different. I have previously volunteered at animal shelters and sanctuaries. My long term goal is to become a registered veterinary nurse.
In my spare time I enjoy doing outdoor activities
Vets4Pets Leyland is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
