Meet the team
Hi there, myself and my wife Jennifer became partners at Vets4Pets Leyland in 2016 and are enjoying every minute! We are striving to provide the best care possible for your pets in a relaxed and caring environment. In work I have a particular interest in soft tissue surgery as well as trying to run the practice in order to provide a compassionate, high quality service.
Outside of work we have three young children, Eleanor, George and Joe who keep us very busy! In our spare time we enjoy family time, walking our Lakeland Terrier Gus spending time with our cat Ernie and our 2 goats.
Hello, I’m Jennifer one of the partners at Vets4Pets Leyland. Andrew and I support each other in the running of the practice to ensure we give the best clinical service possible. We are very proud of our lovely team here at Leyland and are always striving to offer the best care for your pets.
I enjoy all aspects of general practice veterinary work especially cat clinic. Outside of work Andrew and I love to spend outdoor time with our 3 children and collection of pets. I also enjoy horse riding.
Hi, I'm Laura. I graduated from Liverpool in 2014 and have been a small animal vet in a variety of practices around the Northwest. I've been with Leyland Vets4pets since January 2023.
My passions inside of work are diagnostic imaging, surgery and emergency and critical care. Outside of work I mostly spend time with my daughter and partner but also love crochet and cross stitch.
Hi I'm Jo. I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2008 and initially joined the Leyland Vets4pets team as a locum in 2017. I took a permanent job here in 2021 and enjoy all aspects of small animal practice. Outside of work I enjoy open water swimming and yoga.
Hello I’m Mykola I am one of the veterinarians here and I have been at the practice for almost 2 years now. I have graduated from the dignified University of Glasgow. My main passion in the veterinary field is diagnostic imaging and dermatology. Outside of the veterinary medicine world I enjoy reading classical literature, play the strategic game of chess and do performances on occasion on the clarinet.
I lead the veterinary nursing team here at Leyland Vets4pets and one of my many roles is supporting and training other members of the nursing staff. I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2012. Before moving to Vets4pets I spent 9 years working in a very busy 24 hour practice where I cared for a wide range of patients. I have a keen interest in critical care and I'm very passionate about snuggles! I have been a clinical coach since 2014 and enjoy helping students learn how to provide quality care for their patients.
Outside of work I have a beautiful dog name Finley, who was hand reared from 2 days old. He's not the bravest of dogs and can be spooked by his own shadow on a regular basis, bless him!
I love to care for all animals big and small, so working in the animal industry has always been a passion of mine. I studied Animal Management and Agriculture before working with Vets4Pets and starting my Veterinary Nursing career. Me and my family have a little dog called Wheeler, five cats called Katniss, Luna, Squeaky, Moose and Indie and a lovely ferret called Runty. We also provide home boarding services so sometimes we definitely have a houseful! In our spare time (when we get any!) we enjoy being outdoors, having weekends away and spending quality time together as a family.
Hi, I’m Sana. I’m a registered Veterinary Nurse at Vets4Pets in Leyland. I qualified in 2022 and went straight to a busy non for profit Vets where I learnt a lot of new skills and realised my love for nursing especially consulting. I have a cat and have had many exotic pets over the years including gerbils, Guinea pigs, budgies and even a goat at one point! Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, travelling and spending time with friends.
Hi I’m Niamh I graduated from Myerscough in 2023 as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Before this i studied Bioveterinary medicine at the University of Chester and I am now undertaking a top-up degree in Veterinary Nursing. I am enjoying working in small animal general practice and hope to focus on rabbit clinics in the future. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and travelling.

When I’m not at work I am busy on my family’s sheep and beef farm with my Baby girl Millie and my two crazy cockapoos Poppy and Daisy. When I get any spare time I like to spend it riding my horse Callum or baking.
Hi, my name is Ella and I started at Leyland Vets4Pets in August 2023, as a client care advisor/receptionist. I love my role and I am gaining a lot of knowledge through my job, no day is the same! I am hoping to do my vet nursing in the next few years. In my spare time I love cooking and going to the gym.
I'm Morgan a Veterinary Care Assistant. I attended Myerscough College after high school to study animal management before arriving here at Leyland Vets4pets. Hi, my name is Tia and I joined the team in March 2024 as a client care advisor. I attended Runshaw College to study level 3 Applied Science and then onto Biomedical Science at Liverpool John Moores University. This job has been a weird and wonderful experience so far and a very different adventure than what I’m used to. I am very grateful to be part of such a close knit team who have been so encouraging, patient and kind during this learning curve. I have always adored animals, and I actually have two pugs myself called Timmy and Tommy.
