Meet the team
Hello,
I am Batuhan Eren Sengul, I graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (Turkey) in 2024.
I have grown up around animals and my bond with cats and dogs in particular has always been very strong. Over time this love has turned into a professional passion and today, being able to help them and improve their lives is a great source of happiness for me.
I believe that approaching both pet owners and patients with a smile is often more effective than most medications.
In my new journey, I want to continue to improve myself so that I can help my animal friends more.
I look forward to seeing you!
Hi,
My name is Ion and I have been in the Veterinary Industry for many years. I am originally from Romania but moved to the UK over a decade ago to further pursue my Veterinary work and grow my family.
I have a passion for knowledge and cases that get me thinking. I love getting to meet and treat all pets no matter what shape and size they come in, snakes being one of my favourite.
I have recently taken on a permanent role within Vets4Pets, Lichfield and you will now see me more frequently as part of the team.
Hopefully we don't have to see you too soon but we look forward to having you all!
Hi,
My name is Emma and I am the Head Nurse at Vets4Pets Lichfield. You may recognise me as I have worked many shifts as a locum before returning as a permanent member of staff back in 2024.
I love my job and meeting all my patients, cuddles are a necessity.
At home I have my dogs, Agnes and Boris, my two cats and you will usually find some additional pets my daughter or I have found on the way home or have been handed in that we rehabilitate (or rehome with us, which is usually the way it goes)!
I look forward to seeing you all, I have plenty of treats and cuddles waiting for my amazing patients.
I have worked in a client facing role for over 16 years. I have a degree in Sociology and Diploma in Paediatric Nursing, specialising in Public Health (School Nursing). I have always had a passion for animal welfare “people with paws”. This made me decide as I changed career I wanted to follow my dream to work in the vet industry. I gained a triple distinction in 2019 in my National Extended Diploma in Animal Management at Rodbaston College. After a work experience placement as part of the course, I started to work as a Client Care Advisor at Sutton Coldfield Vets4Pets. Pursuing a hands-on role caring for both animals and their people, I became a Veterinary Care Assistant at Lichfield Vets4Pets . I love my job and the challenges it brings. I have six rescue cats, one with special needs and a dog called Little Miss Peppa Potts who also has some disabilities. My daughter lives away from home and is an Adult Mental Health Nurse.
My name is Katie, I am a Client Care Advisor working on reception, Animals are my passion and having spent most of my childhood caring for pets ranging from dogs, cats, Guinea pigs and hamsters. I decided to further my knowledge and trained as an Animal Nursing Assistant qualifying in December 2005. I love being hands on helping the Nurses whenever I get the opportunity. I also have further qualifications in Animal care and grooming. In my personal life I am married with 2 young children who keep me really busy. We have a beautiful family pet cat called Missy who is full of mischief.
Hello,
My name is Katy, I am the Practice Administrator and Senior Client Care Advisor here at Lichfield. I am still relatively new to the Veterinary industry but I have enjoyed every aspect of my job so far. My aim is to ensure all our clients and furry friends are happy when they visit. I know my little furry friend Bella loves to visit, even if it's just for a cuddle with the team
If you need anything ask for me and I will be more than happy to help
See you all soon :)
Hi,
My names Georgia. Some of you may already recognise me as I have moved over from Pets at Home in Lichfield to the Vets4Pets group to pursue my nursing qualification. I am currently working on reception as a Client Care Advisor and I am thoroughly enjoying my role and getting to meet new faces.
I have my own fur babies, reptiles, aquatic animals and spiders at home - lots of them are rescues so I am well versed in taking care of new life. I have an abundance of knowledge from personal experience and from working in the Pets group, so please ask me anything and I will help where I can.
Can't wait to meet you all and to catch up with some familiar faces. See you all soon!
