I have been working in the veterinary industry for 19 years. I started off as a veterinary nurse many years ago but after much hard work managed to qualify from Edinburgh University as a Veterinary Surgeon in 2011. I started my training as a veterinary nurse in Companion Care (Vets4Pets) in Cardiff Bay and have finally achieved my dream to own a veterinary practice here in Llantrisant so I feel my journey has been long but has taken me in a full circle! I have a miniature pinscher called Zorro who is obsessed with food and a Jack Russell called Lady who is obsessed with squeaky toys. I love all my patients and treat them as if they were my own. I feel that the most important thing to offer in a practice is a solid and trusting relationship with my clients when they need me most. I look forward to welcoming you to the practice.

I joined the team in Llantrisant in June 2014. I have been working in the veterinary industry since 2004 and qualified with a degree in Veterinary Nursing in July 2007. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary nursing, especially dentistry and have a BVNA Veterinary Nurse Certificate in Dentistry. I have had pets since I was a young child and at the moment I have a handsome black and white cat called Domidic.

I qualified from Pencoed college as a veterinary nurse in Jan 2001. I obtained a nursing certificate in small animal dentistry in 2006 after gaining an interest in this area. Whilst enjoying all aspects of this vocation for nearly 20 years I have particular interests in client care, particularly preventative healthcare for pets as well as the dentistry and assisting vets with complex surgeries. I also enjoy my role as a clinical coach with nurse training. At home I have two dogs, one cat, two guinea pigs and a tortoise and enjoy the variety and different personalities each one of them brings to my family.
