Hi, I'm Fi, I graduated from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 2015 and spent a few years working in Equine practice before moving into small animal practice. I have recently completed post graduate certificates in Advanced Veterinary Practice and in Veterinary Business Management through the University of Liverpool. I have a particular interest in cardiology and diagnostic imaging. I enjoy being outdoors, keeping fit and spending time with my young family.
HI, I'm Abbi, I graduated in July 2020 from the University of Surrey. I love being able to support you in managing your pets' health and well being, from cuddles at the first vaccination, all the way through their lives. I have a keen interest in soft tissue surgery. In my spare time you'll find me out and about exploring with my husband and two labradors.
HI, I'm Louie,I graduated from the University of Surrey in 2020. My interests at work include ultrasonography and soft tissue surgery. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and going exploring with my wife and our two labradors Murphy and Joey.
I moved to Wales from Italy 3 years ago and have been working at this practice since June 2022. I graduated from the Budapest University of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. My main interests are Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. I have two rescue dogs, Roxy and Toya, and I like to spend my free time exploring the beautiful Welsh countryside with them.
Hi, I'm Gabi. I graduated in Poland in 2008 and since then have been working with small animals as a General Practitioner. This includes three years in an animal sanctuary fighting homelessness and promoting responsible ownership. My interests are internal medicine and surgery. As the owner of an elderly Jack Russell Terrier, I am very interested in the management of senior animals and their pain.
In my free time I like to be as active as possible.
Hi, I'm Charlotte. I am a Head Nurse at the practice. I qualified in 2019. I have a keen interest in laboratory work, pathology and pharmacology. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and two cats.
Hi, I'm Hannah. I qualified in January 2019. Since qualifying I have achieved an additional certificate in Feline nursing and am currently working towards a second. I have also achieved a certificate in Advanced Programme in Veterinary Nursing of Small Mammals. Animal care and welfare is my passion. I enjoy being a voice for the voiceless and always advocate for my patients. I like to treat my patients as I would expect my own pet to be treated. I enjoy carrying out minor surgery and inpatient care.
I also run my own rescue charity called All Paws Matter which was set up to aid sick wildlife and strays that are brought in without owners or funding.
Hi, I'm Mel, I qualified in 2018 from Hartpury University. I'm a Dorset girl originally but moved to South Wales in February 2023. I enjoy all aspects of my job, especially meeting all the cute patients that come to see us. I'm currently studying for a certificate in anaesthesia.
I'm an avid reader and I love Doctor Who and Marvel.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I've been a member of the team since 2015 where I began my adventure as a receptionist before completing my training to become a nurse in 2020. I absolutely love my job, being able to to nurse pets that are unwell and also helping to educate owners in keeping their pets happy and healthy. I enjoy all aspects of my job and am lucky to have a varied case load. You can guarantee that no days are the same. My passion in practice is running nurse clinics. I have recently taken over the weight loss clinics and have some amazing success stories.
I am currently working towards completing my consult nurse certificate and hope to complete further certificates in the future.
When I'm not nursing, I'm kept busy with my two children, four dogs and two cats. My husband and I compete in agility competitions with our dogs Lottie, Lacey and Digby. We also have a puppy who will begin his agility training soon.
Hi, I'm Charlotte, I graduated from Hartpury University, Gloucestershire in June 2022. I have a particular interest in surgical nursing - from monitoring anaesthesia to suturing surgical wounds. My patients are always my number one priority and they are treated as if they were one of my own. I am a clinical coach to three student nurses - it's very rewarding to assist with their progress as nurses. I hope to complete a certification in emergency care or feline medicine in the future.
Outside of work, I enjoy horse riding and going to the gym. I have a Lhasa Apso called Alfie and an adopted black cat called Milo.
Hi, I'm Melissa. I am a registered veterinary nurse, I left a long term career in financial services at the end of 2019 to pursue a passion I've had since I was a little girl. It has been the best change I could have made to my working life.
I have a keen interest in animal rehabilitation and hydrotherapy so I hope to complete a certificate in this area in the future.
At home, we have two rescue dogs Koba (Chow Chow) and Vinnie (Dachshund) and our Bengal cat Mia.
Hi, I'm Claire. I'm a registered veterinary nurse . I have a degree on Zoology, a keen interest Palaeontology and a Boxer called Otis who is my favourite thing in the world.
I have worked in animal care for several years in different settings such as a recue centre, a zoo and an emergency vets. I would love to pursue further training in exotics and ECC in the future.
Hi, I'm Imogen. I am currently a first year student veterinary nurse. I was previously a veterinary care assistant at the practice and have been here for almost 2 years. I absolutely love my job and the team I work with.
I have a Chihuahua called Olive, who I adore.
Hi, I'm Julie, I have been at the practice since October 2022 and am proud to be part of such a dedicated, hard working, caring team. I have over 20 years customer service experience. The best part of my role is meeting our wonderful clients and their pets.
In my spare time I enjoy walks with my six year old black labrador and my family and time spent with my grandchildren. I also have an 18 year old cat.
Hi, I'm June, I started working at the practice in September 2012 when we first opened. It's been an incredible journey over the last 11 years meeting and welcoming our lovely clients and their wonderful pets. I've loved working at the practice with the most amazing teams looking after all the fur babies we get to meet.
I have a beautiful Cavapoo called Harry and two elderly cats called Duffy and Snowy. In my spare time I love making cards and going on holidays with my husband Terry.
Hi, I'm Megan, I have worked at the practice since November 2022. I enjoy meeting and assisting all our lovely clients and their pets. I have a degree in Events Management but fancied a change of career.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my lively Labrador Ebba, and going on family holidays to Sweden.

I have a beautiful French Bulldog called Lula who is 4 years old. She waa rehomed with my family two years ago.
HI, I'm Meg. I'm a veterinary care assistant at the practice. I have been here for four months and love the job, especially the clinical side of it. I am hoping to become a student veterinary nurse in the near future.
I recently spent eight months travelling, but am glad to back in the routine of work.
