Meet the team

This is Luis, along with Jose he has been a Joint Venture Partner here at Vets4pets Rustington since 2010. He graduated as a Veterinary Surgeon in Spain in 1996 and came to call England his home in 1997. At work Luis favours surgery and orthopaedic cases and loves getting his hands dirty with the specialists who visit the practice. When not at work Luis channels his inner spirit animal (the goat 🐐), climbing mountains, big or small!

Hello, I am Marta. I qualified in Madrid back in 2002. After working for more than 10 years with small animals around the Madrid area, I decided that England will give me a better opportunity to develop my professional skills and to do what I like most, which is looking after our great small animals companions (Failing that, I also like Gardening and cooking). So here I am...

This is Costo, he is the Head Veterinary Surgeon here at the practice, graduating in 2008 from the University of Madrid. He immediately embarked on a three year internship specialising in internal medicine. After a stint on the Mediterranean Coast, he decided to move to sunny England. He has worked at Vets4pets Rustington since, combining his clinical work with periodic internships, attending conferences and working towards a certificate in internal medicine. Outside of work you’ll find him reading, watching tennis, or planning his next big adventure around the world

I finished my studies in 2013 in Lugo, Spain, where I did a one year rotating internship. I spent three years improving my vet skills working in a small animal practice. After that, I decided England will give me the opportunity to continue developing my knowledge.
Outside of work I love travelling, watching TV series and spending time with my two dogs (a huge Labrador and a tiny Chihuahua.)

I finished my studies in 2016 in Czech Republic, but I come from Cyprus. I have always wanted to work in the UK so as soon as I finished my studies i made the dream come true.
In the future, I would like to develop my professional skills in imaging.
When I'm not at work, I pick a place on the map to visit.

This is Claire (Brickie) our Head Veterinary Nurse, she qualified in 2010 but has been nursing since 2000. She joined the team here in 2008 from a mixed practice, that dealt with a variety of animals including exotics, horses and farm animals. In her spare time she enjoys photography and restoring and showing her classic Mini Cooper. She has a soft spot for all things cute and cuddly, never resisting a hug with a cheeky looking Terrier or fluffy Guinea Pig.

This is Sarah, one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses, who completed her veterinary nursing training here with us over 10 years ago. She turned her hand to teaching and is our top class clinical coach, responsible for training our hard working students. In her spare time, Sarah likes to get creative and crafty, with the help of her Cocker Spaniel and Ragdoll cat

This is Carla, she is one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses. She completed her training here with us as a degree student and decided to stay on after graduating in 2016. Carla’s passion is theatre work, which includes assisting in theatre and monitoring anaesthetics.

This is Katie, she is one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses. Originally from London, where she completed her training in 2016. Katie holds a certificate in feline nursing from ISFM and previously worked in a feline only practice. She can currently offer nurse clinics for stress or behavioural issues in cats. Katie shares her home with her beautiful, but feisty cat Brian.

This is Jess, one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses. Jess qualified 7 years ago, and has worked in a variety of practices, including exotic and referral hospitals. She is currently studying hard for a certificate in emergency and critical care to further and expand her skills. She has a wonderful but mischievous rescue dog, Peggy, who occupies a lot of her spare time.

This is Katie, she has just qualified as a veterinary nurse, completing her training here with us She first joined the team in 2016 as a receptionist but always knew she wanted to be a nurse. At home, she has 4 cats, and a Labrador called Radley that keep her occupied.
Congratulations from your Vets4pets family, we knew you could do it!

This is Cadi, she is a third year veterinary nursing student. She has worked at the practice for 3 and a half years, starting originally on nights, and moving onto days to complete her training. In her spare time she enjoys long walks with her two labradors.

This is Bruna, she has worked at the practice for 1 year. She is originally from sunny Portugal, where she completed her veterinary nursing qualification. She has experience and great knowledge working in a pet blood bank. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

This is Tara, she is a second year veterinary nursing student. She loves all fury animals, the fluffier the better! She has a keen interest in feline nursing which she will work towards specialising in, in the future.

This is Jess, she is a first year veterinary nursing student. She has worked at the practice for 3 years as part of our night team, recently coming onto day shifts to complete her training. In her spare time she loves walking her cocker spaniel Chester.

This is Eleanor, she is a currently a third year veterinary nursing degree student. She enjoys working on hospital, looking after inpatients and has a soft spot for a big friendly Labrador. Once she has qualified she is looking to volunteer abroad to help animals less fortunate than ours.

I started working at Vets4Pets in July 2014, starting as the weekend receptionist and then progressing to become full time. I really enjoy working with such a hard working and caring team.

This is Emma, she is a third year veterinary nursing student. She has worked at the practice for 4 years, starting originally working nights, moving onto days to complete her training. Once qualified she is looking to add a dachshund to her family.

I have been working at Vets4Pets Rustington since 2009, starting as a receptionist and now in the position of Client Service Manager.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling.

I love to work with animals and care for them; I have a dog called Maddy, a Lion Head rabbit called Simba and a cat called Chester of my own and love them dearly.

I've recently become part of the Vets4Pets team and really enjoy working with these amazing people.
I have three beautiful dogs, two cats, a hedgehog and a horse who I spend time with outside the surgery.
When I'm not with animals in either at the gym or shopping. I hope to have a long career with my Vets4Pets family.

I have been working at Vets4Pets on reception for only a short period of time, however it has taught me many new things and has been an excellent opportunity and experience already. Everyone here is so lovely and I enjoy working with the whole team every weekend. I have two adorable dogs who I love to pieces and 2 very friendly cats.

This is Stacey, she has worked for the practice for 14 years as a kennel assistant. She has a real passion for all animals. In her spare time she enjoys spending it with her family, listening to music, watching films and long walks in the country.

Vets4Pets Rustington is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
