What is your job role? Veterinary surgeon, manager, maintenance / repair person, receptionist, nurse, in other words I do everything and anything. What is your favourite animal and why? Cats, they have got it all figured out. What pets do you have and what are their names? Benji and Jerrry my two Border terriers and BB the cat. What's the best pet name that you've ever come across? Evenrude, it’s a name I gave my first cat, everyone always ask where the name came from. Evenrude was a little character in Disney’s the Rescuers. What's the best aspect of working for Vets4Pets? I get to work with a great team of people and I get to meet fantastic pets and their owners everyday.

Hi, I'm Rebecca the Head Veterinary Nurse here at Vets4Pets Shelfield.

I started my nursing journey in 2015 as a volunteer VCA and quickly moved onto my Veterinary Nurse training, qualifying in 2018.

I have a huge passion for medical nursing and have taken a particular interest in cats, with me currently studying towards a Diploma in Feline Nursing - due to complete in November 2023. I also have an interest in ultrasound scanning and hope to complete some further training on this in the future.

At home I have a mini farm with 6 cats, 2 dogs and a rabbit to keep me occupied in my spare time.

Hello I'm Shannon.

I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2017. I have interest with inpatient care, ultrasonography and imaging. I'm currently studying an ultrasonography course. I started at Vets4Pets in September 2022. Outside of nursing I enjoy socialising with friends and family, camping in our family campervan.

I’m fairly new to the Vets4Pets team working as a VCA and receptionist. I really enjoy meeting clients and their pets. My daily duties are a mix of supporting the clinical team as well as meeting and greeting clients. I also volunteer at Dogs Trust in my spare time and love to see dogs move from being in rescue to going to their forever home.
