Advanced services
We have invested considerably in our team and kit to make a number of advanced services available to our clients, including using Phovia light therapy to promote wound healing. We also accept referrals from other practices.
HT Vista
We have invested in a HT Vista lump scanning machine. It's the first non-invasive screening tool that can help rule out cancer. For further information please contact the Sittingbourne Vets4Pets team.
Orthopaedics
Our veterinary team have undertaken advanced training to allow us to perform orthopaedic surgery in our practice. If your pet develops an abnormality involving their skeleton or joints, such as elbow dysplasia, a patella (kneecap) that gets stuck, or a torn cruciate ligament, an orthopaedic procedure may help them.
Ultrasound
We are pleased to be able to offer ultrasound scanning in practice, which is a painless way to look inside your pet’s body to find out what’s going on.

Meet the team
It was always my goal to become a veterinary surgeon ever since I was young. I have always cared about animals and wanted to help them in any way I can. I studied at the Royal Veterinary College in London and after graduating I began working in a small animal practice in Orpington. When the opportunity arose to start my own practice I jumped at the chance. I have a keen interest in surgery and orthopaedics and am dedicated to the care and wellbeing of both my clients and their pets. At home I have a cat called Luna who is full of mischief and always keeps me on my toes. When I’m not working I enjoying relaxing with a good book.
I am a qualified Veterinary Surgeon since 2001 in two countries - my native Serbia and the UK where I am a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. I work with small animals and my main interests are in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, laparoscopy and diagnostics such as x-rays and ultrasound. I have worked in west Kent since 2005, working alongside some of the best Vets in the country and getting to know the pet lovers who live here.
Whilst I am also a sole Partner in Orpington Companion Care and have been since January 2012, my experience and knowledge can be utilised to further ensure that your pets receive the best standards of care here at Sittingbourne, which the Team as dedicated and reliable professionals work hard to achieve.
Outside work I look after my cheeky dog, Noddle and two naughty cats, Tinsel and Lolly the Lion.

I qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2006, and have been in practice for over 20 years. I have always loved animals, and it was brilliant when I was given the opportunity to train as a Veterinary Nurse. After my training I went on to work in a veterinary hospital where I grew in both experience and skill. When I heard that Vets4Pets was opening a branch in my home town of Sittingbourne I was excited to take on the role of Practice Partner.
We have 4 cats at home, Coco, Belle, Teddy and Bear. Teddy and Bear are 2 cats that I hand reared, after them being brought in to the practice as strays, at approximately 2 weeks of age.
When I am not working, I spend a lot of my spare time with my children who are 15yrs, 12yrs, and my youngest of 4yrs, as you can imagine they keep me pretty busy!
Hi I'm Steph, I have been working in the veterinary world for many years and I became a Registered Nurse in 2016. I have worked in various practices including a charity practice and did some practice management work but decided to come back to nursing.
I have a cat called Shelby, a pony called Frizbie and 2 goats called Sally and Daisy.

Hi I'm Heather, formerly a pharmacy dispenser but now loving my receptionist role here as part of a very friendly team.
I've been lucky to own pets all of my life - rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, fish and several dogs. The current love of my life is a crazy border collie cross named Ada.
