Meet the team

I’m Beth, I am the Clinical Manager at Vets4Pets St Helens and I joined the team in 2015. I qualified in 2007 and have worked in various settings from a charity hospital to a state of the art ICU. My favourite aspects of the job are emergency & critical care and medical nursing. I have undertaken additional qualifications to enhance the care I can provide to your pets and love to learn new skills and knowledge. Home can be just as busy as work with 3 young children and 2 dogs to look after! In my spare time I love to run and go to the gym.

Hi I'm Clare, I registered as a veterinary nurse in 2017. I completed my training at Pro Co Wigan. I joined the team here at St Helens in June 2018. I have a strong interest in emergency and critical care and exotics. I have a dog, snake & a hamster!

I’m Emily and I joined the team here in June 2017 after completing my Veterinary Nursing degree at the University of the West of England. I love working here and getting hands on nursing some wonderful patients. I adore big dogs, and I am especially interested in working with owners to make life easier for our senior pets. I also particularly enjoy nursing our patients in theatre when undergoing surgical procedures. I adopted the practice cat Frank when he came to stay with me over Christmas one year and never left! He was brought into the practice in November 2017 and was incredibly poorly and thin- he’s now living life to the full with me and getting thoroughly spoilt.

I graduated from Myerscough College in July 2019 but my quest for education does not stop there, I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree and want to carry on to do my teaching degree. I’ve been here at Vets4Pets St Helens since I began my course in 2016 and plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. I am the practice diabetic advisor at St Helens. My other key interests are in cat medicine and behaviour and diagnostic imaging like radiography.
I have two cats of my own, Fynn and Winnie, who are always causing trouble but I would not change them for the world. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, exploring the countryside and playing video games.

Hi I'm Lizzi, I am a student veterinary nurse here at St Helens. I am currently studying at Myserscough College where I am undertaking my nursing degree. I have been with Vets4Pets since April 2017. Once qualified I intend to focus on exotic pets. I currently have 5 rats and 4 mice, they hold a special place in my heart!

Hello I am Rachael, the Client Care Manager here at St Helens Vets4Pets. I previously studied Contemporary Theatre and Performance before joining the team at St Helens in August 2015, but I can already tell this is my dream job! I am an extremely organised person and I don’t switch off even when I am at home. I enjoy a challenge and take pride in my work. It is so exciting to get the chance to meet all of the different animals. I am a people person so I enjoy talking to new and old clients - But be warned I don’t know when to stop!

Vets4Pets St Helens is committed to bringing you affordable, high quality care via a modern, well equipped practice, including a lab, pharmacy, digital x-ray and ultrasound. Plus, on site car parking too!
The friendly team can't wait to meet all of their new clients!
