Hi I'm Kobus, I graduated from the University of Pretoria, Onderstepoort, South Africa. Upon graduation I was invited to consider joining the faculty pathology department but decided to peruse other decisions at that stage. I took up a post at the medical university of South Africa and eventually moved to Cape Town. I also worked for a period of 5 years as a veterinarian at a very busy after hour’s emergency clinic in Johannesburg while holding a full time position as a small animal clinician in a private practice as well. I joined Vets4Pets as a locum Vet for set contract periods while still dividing time between London and South Africa. I also worked for Goddard Veterinary groups, based in London. It was working in Stockport, that Sharon and I decided to become Joint Venture Partners and base us permanently in Manchester. I also enjoy all aspects of both medical and surgical modalities and along with the strong team at Stockport, we aim to provide care to our clients and patients of the highest standard.

Hey, I'm Kelly & I started my Vets4Pets journey in 2014 as a part time client care advisor but have since progressed to office administrator, which means I am mainly in the office. I have always had a passion for animals & when I was offered the opportunity to work at Vets4Pets I was hugely surprised & excited. Every day is a different day at Vets4Pets & I love to learn something new each day. Since I was 4 years old I have had a passion for horses & I hope that one day I can have one of my own when I move to the countryside. I spent many years growing up on the farm & spending lots of time with friends horses. I am surprisingly allergic to cats but I don't let that stop me from working in the veterinary industry, allergy tablets do the trick. I have 3 of my own fur babies Logi Bear, Polly Gray & Thomas Shelby. They are spoilt rotten. in my spare time I love to get outdoors & I am a huge travel addict who loves to travel the world.

Hi I'm Alma, I have worked within the veterinary environment since 2000. I began working at Vets4Pets in Stockport in April 2018. I love it here, its serious, its funny and has a brilliant atmosphere, the partners are so easy to talk to. You will find me on the desk, answering phones and chatting with clients, I also play a big part in helping with all the insurance questions and filling out the forms to make sure everything runs smoothly. When not in work I go home to my Hubby and our 2 cats, a mother daughter combo and my 17 royal python snakes, we did also have our Diddy Darla (Douge de Bordeaux) and mammas little man Nemo (the ginger ninja stray)but devastatingly lost Nemo and Darla back in 2020. I also enjoy reading, buying strange looking shoes and bags to match them, growing old ungracefully and hiding from the grandchildren which I must say I'm really good at now. I'm also trying to find an elusive room in our house that is apparently called the kitchen. After being here for 28 years I'm not sure I'm ever going to find it and leave it to the hubby as he is one of those annoying people who only have to go somewhere once and will always find his way back. Please come and say hello to me when not busy, having a natter with our clients can be such a brilliant experience and cheers us up no end. See you all soon.

When I'm not with my Team at work I spend my spare time enjoying things like cooking, reading, listening to music & exercising. I try to spend as much time outside as possible, and can usually be found holding camera or a pair of binoculars spotting wildlife. My happy place is in a woodland surrounded by all the beautiful sights, smells & sounds. I adore travelling & would pretty much go anywhere given the opportunity. I have a beautiful 8 year old cat called Pru, she is very independent, yet a loving girl. I call her the Cleopatra of the Cat world. I have two rescue tortoises, Albert who is 16 years & Ralph who is around 4 years old & fairly new to the tribe.

I love anything Dinosaur. I mean who doesn't? The song my husband & myself chose for our wedding song was in fact the instrumental version of the Jurassic park theme tune. But ... I promise I wasn't a bridezilla.
