Hi, I am Fati and I am from Kosovo. I’m one of the Veterinary Surgeons at Swinton Vets for Pets. I graduated in 2017 from the University of Ankara, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Turkey. As part of the Erasmus program, in 2013 I had the chance to study for a year at the University of Ljubljana, in Slovenia. After graduation, I started my Ph.D. studies in the surgery department at the University of Ankara and am currently in the thesis writing stage.

Since 2014 I have been working at several practices in Ankara/Turkey where my interest in surgery both, orthopedics and soft tissue grew even more. Even though my favorite part of my job is at the theatre, I do enjoy meeting lovely patients and owners on consults too.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and listening to music in my spare time.

I'm Jo, one of the registered veterinary nurses here at Swinton. I really love getting to know the clients and their fur babies at our practice. My favourite area to work is nursing consults but I do love all aspects of the job. There's nothing better than nursing a poorly patient back to their happy selves and seeing them reunited with their family!

At home I have two cats and a crazy whippet named Wallace! I grew up on a farm so my passion for working with animals started at a very young age!

Hi, my name is Emily and I am one of the nurses here at Swinton. I qualified in 2023 and joined the team after being a student here for 3 years. In work, I love caring for your pets while they are with us, and I look forward to meeting every single one of them! Outside of work, I enjoy having a boogie with my friends and living life to the fullest. Being new to the industry allows me to bring bright new ideas to the table and learn lots of new things along the way. I have loved working with the team so far and can’t wait to meet your furry friends. Hope to see you soon!
